New Jack Reacher movie.

I mean I'll buy into the super spy/karate expert stuff, but come on man, knocking someone out in one hit in the middle of a full airplane flight with no one noticing?

DAMMIT! Spoiler alert if you please... spoiler alert!!!! :celb (7):

Pretty late on this one but just watched Neighbors 2 on a flight back from Canada...Was pretty pleased with it as I was worried they were going to follow the recent comedy sequel structure of basically creating the same movie with slightly different plot devices.

Zac Efron has won me over as far as comedy chops go...never thought i'd say that...His chemistry with Rogen in both movies is excellent and i was pretty surprised he could hold his own with foul-mouthed De Niro in Dirty Granpa.

Passengers.

6/10. I liked it when a lot of other people did not. Good effects. God I would love to be on a ship like that.

It was boring. Little conflict. Alan Turing's character wasn't even slightly likable or interesting. Movie should have ended with the end of the war, instead they went on for another 30 minutes about garbage I didn't care about.

There were two storylines going on: one the work he did, the other his private life. Imitation game, the title, serves both.

I get why you wouldn't see it as interesting, the movie tackled a lot.

I'd love to be on a leaky canoe if I was sharing it with a nekkid Jennifer Lawrence.

Hateful Eight: 7/10. Would have liked to know if she was bluffing or not about the 15 men.

Inglorious bastards..

The way in which qt illuminates dialogue is turgid in other work, but the layers, and complexity, and calculated syntax upon which conversations are constructed(especially here) are ingenious.

I liked the first one far better. Although now I'm going to rewatch it to see if there were just as many highly unbelievable things that I chose to ignore.

As someone who has read most of the books, what I think is the highly unbelievable thing about the movies is they actually cast Tom Cruise to play Jack Reacher. Was Tom Hardy busy?

Finally saw suicide squad. I actually thought this would wind up being my favorite D.C. Movie that had been released in the last few years. I was wrong; I hated this film.

I actually thought I would like Leto as the Joker. He's a great actor and I thought he had a good look for the part. I don't know if it was him, the direction he received or what, but I didn't enjoy his performance.

The bad guys/henchmen whatever. They fucking sucked. Those guys were so generic and posed seemingly 0 threat other than them being able to nab captain flags pussy ass a couple of times.

The most enjoyable part of this film surprisingly was Jai Courtney as captain boomerang. I don't know how accurate his performance was to that if the actual character, but he easily had the best screen presence in this film with the most charisma. It's been his best role and in a pretty mediocre career up to this point. I can see why he keeps getting casted for roles after watching him here.
