Columbus Blue Jackets thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Jackets just gave up the tying goal in the final minute of the 3rd period. Could a 3 game losing streak be on the horizon?

3 on 3 OT is quite the emotional roller coaster. Glad we pulled that W out last night.

Pretty surreal watching Cam in the All-Star Game yesterday looking like he belonged. Why he wasn't invited in the first place is beyond me but was excited to watch regardless.

We've got quite the stretch coming up in February. Our longest home stand of the remaining season. Hopefully we can pick up some points..perhaps even go on another small streak. We are going to learn a lot about this team's mental resolve very soon.

After a shaky stretch following the ridiculous win streak, the Jackets appear to be playing some of their best hockey again. Savard being hurt coupled with Bob getting sick took them out of their game but they are almost at full strength and just recently added two guys with playoff experience.

In the past three games, Bob went toe-to-toe with some of the league's best teams and came out 2-1, with an otherworldly save percentage of .964 average. (could've easily been 3-0 but a questionable call led to a Montreal power play goal in overtime)

We're in the homestretch towards the playoffs and this team seems to be playing with a renewed energy and focus. For all you casual hockey fans, i'd recommend to start tuning into games simply to witness the maestro that is Sergei Bobrovsky. He is by no means the biggest guy but he is perhaps the most agile goalie in the league. He has that Kyrie Irving-like instinctual finesse and routinely keeps me in awe game-to-game.

Went to last night's game for the first time this season. Lot of fun. Didn't realize you could get tickets so cheap, I'll have to go to more in the future.

Check out student rush tickets for the best value. All you need is a student email address (I graduated 2 years ago).

Aye I still got my ID, got a brand new one right before I graduated so it's still in good shape

I still use it for discounts at the movies everytime

Only thing for me is my ID is from Virginia Tech, so I'd have to convince the door guy that I was visiting...which on a weekday, during the school year, would probably be a difficult sell. But on a weekend I could probably get away with it.

My ID is about 15 years old so I doubt it would suffice lol.

You can get a pair of $13 seats day of games from their app. They release them at noon via text and you download them directly to your phone. They'll send you a bar code and you just present your phone at the door. That way, you can still drink 3 full strength Labatt's without worrying about spending $100 all-in.

Link to app here.
