Giannis Adetokoubo: 18 year old freak of nature

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That hand measurement still amazes me, must be nice. Probably working with a 16 incher as well.

Is this Giannis Adetokoubo fellow still available? I know of no one in the NBA by that name.

Sounds like a good bet - let's pounce!

It would take Fred and AC 2 years to figure out how to pronounce his name.

I said we should take Giannis because he had the most upside. It was an impossibility for the Cavs after Eyenga unfortunately. I also said Stephen Adams and it turns out the Thunder were willing to trade Lamb and Adams.

I would feel great today with either. Not sure how we keep one of those guys and Get Kevin Love, but anyway

While Giannis was going to be successful no matter what, the Bucks have also done an amazing job developing him and have a great developmental staff, particularly for foreign guys. They do a really good job helping them adjust to NBA life and having millions of dollars and living in the USA. They instill great work ethics and they develop good relationships with their developmental staff, and Kidd is a great developmental coach who will let kids make their mistakes.

Kyrie, Giannis, LeBron would be an insane core. We still probably are able to get Love or possibly a different guy that would be a better fit...(Maybe we could have jumped into the Wolves/Warriors trade and ended up with Klay instead of Love while GS ended up with Love...by sweetening the pot for both teams with multiple picks/assets, lol.

Kyrie, Klay, Bron, Giannis, TT.......wow....

Even with Giannis gone, that Karasev pick was another big mistake by Grant. The guys after him were Snell, Dieng, Plumlee, Hardaway, Gobert. All decent rotation players with another star in Gobert.

Karasev's problem was his love of strippers, not the game.

Still a bummer.

Giannis is the future of this league.

Amazing the Bucks are going to have the best player in the NBA in 3-4 years. That team has an unbelievable amount of young talent as well with Maker, Brogdan, Middleton and Jabari (if he can stay healthy..)

Actually, I'd bet GOOD money the Bucks will be NBA champions sometime with-in the next 8 years. They've done a fantastic job, kudos them.

LeBron will just be rounding into his prime over the course of the next 8 years at the rate he's currently going...

For sure. Thought Adams would be better than Gobert, but there were lots of center options we passed on.
