9-7

Probably optimistic, but there were a lot more games I thought we could win on that schedule now than when it came out a few months back. Unless Kizer plays like he's in way over his head and/or we get a ton of injuries then we need to go at least 6-10.

all I ask for is one thing...

That we live the Steelers black and blue by the time four quarters of football end.

hope greg williams has a game plan for that at least.

4-12 at worst to 7-9 at best. My prediction is 5-11.

Vegas is on the mark with 4.5 wins. The fact is that DeShone Kizer has seen about a fifth of what will be thrown at him in the regular season. So while the hope is that he acclimates to the NFL game somewhat quickly, my expectation is that NFL defenses will acclimate themselves to Kaiser a whole lot faster. They know what they're doing and they are going to find his weaknesses and exploit them.

Having said that, the defense has a chance to keep us in a lot of games. I'll go with 5 wins.

Kaiser.

Even the teams with gluten allergies will acclimate themselves to Kaiser.

Honestly, I could care less about the record as long as Kizer shows he can develop into "the man".
By next year the d will be a beast and if we can add weapons in the draft...fuck we will look good.

I could care less too. I want to see some wins this year.

I agree with your thoughts.

At the start of the season I expect the offense to struggle and the defense to keep us competitive. I think that trend reverses as the season progresses.

Week 1 depth chart. I'm a bit puzzled about carrying only 4 CBs.

Carr didn't win a lot of games in his rookie season, but showed good potential and improvements which carriend over to his sophomore season... Hope Kizer has same trajectory, sometimes winning a ton of game on rookie season doesnt translate to long-term success, see RG3
