Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Holy shit...just watched part one of Ultima Lucha Tres. The Hell of War match between Killshot and Dante Fox was fucking incredible. That was one of the most brutal, violent matches I've ever seen. They believably made it look like they were trying to destroy each other. Dante's back was just completely soaked in blood by the end of that one.

Edit: Found the whole episode!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty excited for WarGames

Wargames is an announced event how s that a spoiler?

I am predicting that shane and Owens fall off the cage. Owens recovers first only to be greeted by Vince Mcmahon with a chair. (or lured off stage ending in same scenario.)

Pretty sure Triple HHH will show up too

so they can set up a triple HHH vs Owens here or a Triple HHH vs shane,

Hopefully. Zayns comes out to save KO. He wouldn't have to be a heel just an anti hero of sorts taking it to the Mcmahons for not giving him his opportunities.

I think an Owens Zayn alliance especially with a clear dislike for each other could wreak some havoc.

It was announced during TV tapings that haven't aired yet. I don't care, for the record, as I read all the spoilers from the tapings anyway, but just saying.

Torn, it's either Triple H or HHH. Triple HHH would be Triple Triple H.

Hell in a Cell was pretty much what I expected it to be. Usos Vs. New Day was better than I thought it would be, in that it was by far the best match on the card and one of the best WWE matches of the year. I was also pleasantly surprised by the US Title match. Adding Dillinger went a long way toward making that match better than it would have been with just Styles/Corbin. Dillinger isn't the best worker in the company, but he always gives it 100% and has a ton of energy, which helps to make up for his merely solid wrestling. He's also really likable and gets the crowd invested in his matches, which adds to whatever match he's in. I hope Corbin winning frees up AJ to take the WWE Title from Jinder, because Jinder is dog shit and needs to drop that thing yesterday. Unfortunately, he won't until after the India tour, but at least that's coming up soon.

The women's match was trash. Natalya is just boring and gets absolutely zero heat. They also worked the absolute wrong type of match for that crowd. You can't work a slow, methodical match unless the crowd is fully invested, and they were not invested in all in that match. The WWE Title match was the worst on the card by a long shot. Jinder has just bombed again and again, and it's baffling that he still holds the belt. Roode/Ziggler was a waste of time, as was Rusev/Orton.

The main event was disappointing as well. There was no reason for that to run forty minutes. It could have been done in twenty. I appreciated the Zayn heel turn, but I thought Shane missing the big elbow drop on the table was too repetitive. They did the same fucking spot in his match with Taker. Much like that match, I thought Shane controlled way too much of the fight. This should have been him taking an epic ass-whooping to write him off of TV, not going 50/50 with one of the top heels in the company.

All in all, not a great PPV. Usos/ND over-delivered, as did the US Title match, but everything else under-delivered.

Usos and New Day have great chemistry, Styles is free to take back the title off Mahal (after India), and Zayn is in a full-fledged storyline really for the first time since he won his feud with Owens.

Those are really the only positives to take away from this show.

the sad part is I would put it as one of the top 5 PPV's of the year.

I was really just Happy that they didn't have Shane walk out with the win.

Wonder if Shanes' Injuries were real or not. it looks like the stretcher was gonna be brought out regardless. Zayn pausing to get clear to drag Owens in for the pin.

Shane also may have taken some real injuries on the jump and they sort of foreshadowed the ending when Owens building up the nerve to jump spotted Shane playing possum

Sami Zayn just cut the best promo of his entire career.

I loved the part where he said, "Kevin Owens became the Intercontinental Champion. He became the Universal Champion. He became the US Champion. But that's okay, because I get to sleep at night!" Fucking great.

The Shield should lose Sunday. I don't think they will, and I'm going to be pissed if they have 4 guys that have worked really hard to get over in the last year (or in the Miz's case, more) job out in a handicap match where they have the numbers advantage.

Id be shocked if the Shield didn't win. They screwed the Strowman thing up pretty bad. I agree though, the Shield should lose and get manhandled. Would continue to build a good story.

Well, this is interesting...

I wonder if Roman failed another drug test or if this is a result of the illness that's apparently going around backstage right now. Styles just missed a few events due to it, although it looks like he's good to go for Sunday since they added him to the card.

The WWE Universe wouldn't be that lucky for Roman to fail another test.

Sounds like Reigns, Wyatt, and somebody else has mumps
