Poor accuracy on balls over 15 yards is a significantly bigger issue for Jackson than a slight frame. I absolutely agree that the ball explodes out of his hands when he let's it rip, but that isn't all that valuable if he can't control where it goes.
That stat means nothing to me when I don't know the average % completion of balls thrown over 15 yards or how it compares to the other top QBs. Oh, and we are only talking about one game here.

Where is Mason Rudolph projecting right now? To me he looks like a better prospect than a lot of these guys but isn't getting much pub.

People are saying he doesn't have the arm talent, and a few NFL caliber receivers are covering for his inaccuracy and lack of arm. Think b00bie's boy, Bryce Petty or Luke Falk.

Or Tom Savage or Jeff Driskel or Dobbs :chuckle:

Hey now, b00bie isn't here to defend himself, take it easy there.

...Irrational love for Blake Bortles; irrational hatred for Jameis Winston and Derek Carr. :chuckle:

Speaking of which, did he leave the board or what?

Luke Falk is the opposite of this.

Luke Falk has no NFL caliber WRs, RBs, or TEs. Deadly accurate.

He will be back, with a fewer personal attacks weaved into his posts, I hope. He will need to change the ad hominem style of posting and stick more to analysis/appropriate humor.

This temp ban was from a few mods and admin talking it over, so don't blame me alone on it.

...and back on topic, I was speaking of a system that hides an inaccurate and weaker arm. Falk can end up a backup QB down the line, but his eye- popping stats aren't exciting to scouts due to the system and a lack of arm talent.

Luke Falk's system is a hindrance, but arm talent doesn't mean arm strength only. He has an average arm.

He also has incredible touch, and arguably the best ability to lead receivers on routes throughout the route tree.

Again, I'm talking about the Air Raid as a system. I've watched Falk a few times, he's accurate. The problem is that we haven't seen many Air Raid QBs with crazy numbers acclimate to the pro game easily. It seems like the Air Raid is a modern Run n' Shoot. Scouts seem to agree his arm isn't as strong as many others who will be coming out in the draft this year.
