I have a feeling we're going to get blown out by the Raptors without two of their starting lineup. Their bench guys are basically the opposite of anyone on our team. So much energy.

To be honest there is just too much wrong with this team right now. Even during that win streak, it's been pointed out that the majority of it was against shit teams.

-LBJ is 33 and cannot carry the team on offense and defense anymore.
-the other 4 people in the starting lineup cause major problems. IT and LOVE pick and roll kills us.
-IT is injured and doesn't have his legs and who knows if he'll get back to what he was.
-JR is a shell of himself.
-Crowder is nonathletic and has duped everyone into thinking he's a great role player. Part of it might be Brad Steven's system, it may have to do with him dealing with his mother's death which sometimes affects people for years, but he is clearly NOT who we thought he would be.
-TT has taken a nosedive as well the last two years and ever since he's been back, Frye's minutes have gone down which we were during great with.
-Lue is trash. Doesn't want to hurt players feelings with changing the starting lineup and replacing JR with Cedi.
-Team is just old and slow. When you miss Shumpert and Rose for their quickness you know you have problems.

The converse here is if we end up losing to the Raptors tonight after said film session and with Lowry and Ibaka out, the team is in even worse shape than we thought.

Just doesn’t care. They’ve been in finals runs over and over (some of them 7x over). Maybe the age is contributing to the complacency. But I really think they beat this raptors team if they try.

We had TWO guys that could score at will. We traded the one that could also get by his man, at will. That really opened things up for others and took pressure off of our shitty defense. We are fucked. This being not the only reason, but with this roster as is, even healthy, we are fucked.

Isaiah Thomas scores at will too... just need to get into game shape.

That was ridiculous.
The defensive effort didn't exist.
I watched Love stand still while his man just left him and headed to the hoop with no one came over to make him give up the ball.
I saw them get destroyed on the boards.

Much like me saying Lue was a bad coach even after we won the finals, no one is going to take me seriously no matter how right I am...

LeBron is just generally horrendous at integrating anyone new that doesn’t rely solely on him for offense.Guys like Korver are easy to plug in because his elite skills are amplified by LeBron being such an amazing passer and creator. But guys like IT almost seem to insult LeBron....like you can almost hear him thinking out loud “fuck, I gotta let this guy I have the ball?”

LeBron isn’t the only one to blame though. Lue is playing IT and LeBron together way too many minutes. They honestly should only play half their minutes together, with the other half staggered, each with the second unit.

Part of of problem right now is our offense is a fucking mess because we have no rhythm at all and two guys who just constantly need the ball. Lue has no answers because he’s an awful coach who can’t peform basic tasks and LeBron is going through his passive aggressive coasting period where he shoots glances at the bench and doesn’t try for 75% of the game. Good times.
