2018 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What is everyone’s thoughts on Kirk as a WR. I loved his burst as a freshmen and sophomore, but worry he might be a better athlete than wr. I am still interested. Thoughts?

Absolutely an elite player, but lacks the size teams covet.

Has some developing left to do, but would be a unique asset in the slot immediately.

Looking forward to the testing

Who is your realistic number one target at wr for one of the second round picks if we decide to go that way?

We may be able to wait until the Eagles second rounder, but there would be a drop off. Going to assume Ridley and Sutton are long gonr by round 2.

I think those two being gone is pretty realistic.

I’d be inclined to have Kirk (most well rounded), Washington (best deep threat) and DJ Moore (best all around athlete) on the board in the second. Michael Gallup is very well liked it seems, I haven’t seen much of his game.

I want to see Marcel Ateman test out, his skill set looks super good on film.

I have ST brown higher than all those guys except maybe Washington. Early 2 is too high for Gallup.

St. Brown isn’t a guy I have on my board at all in the second or third round.

Just never been impressed with him as a guy who can beat man coverage regularly. Doesn’t come out of breaks very quickly, and is mostly utilized as a jump ball guy against man schemes.

ND loves using him in mesh concepts where he can use his lengthy stride to outrun guys. Not sure that’s a concept this team employs too much, but I’m more inclined to take a slot type who can win in man and look at a guy like St Brown later on.

Curious where he’ll end up going.

Washington was def more productive, but Brown has pretty good speed and size and did not get a chance to develop in that limited ND passing game. You have Gallup much higher than me. What about the kid from Indy depending on his off the field issues.

I believe the question was about when do elite players lose their elite status, and, do DBs "fall off the cliff" any faster or slower than running backs.

Average age of an all-round will tell you something about the elite status, but only 2 years might not be enough to tell you *how long* players at various positions remain elite.

Working on it...

I think the Browns would be best served to find a WR in free agency this year than invest a high draft pick on one. Especially if we draft a rookie QB and he plays this coming season, I'd rather have a veteran WR corp instead of getting younger and more raw (if that's even possible) at the position.

Cobbs is insanely talented.

That team has a few guys who are nfl caliber.

No idea where he ends up, all about how he presents himself to teams and answers for his past.

Triplethreat like 6 different people said yes to you when you asked if you should find plays that make Michel look terrible on Twitter. Are you searching for them or were you bluffing?
