City does a 180... Lebron banner approved and being installed now

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You're not alone on that, that's for sure :chuckles:

Him & Jigo :chuckles:

The best away to avoid Jigo is to steer clear of the bathroom stalls at Nicks...

ITS GOOD TO BE ALIVE! Getting Ready to leave Nicks now, thanks to everyone who donated and showed up for the party!

Get the man a designated driver!

Met WUJU briefly today - Free

Trip downtown, gas money, drinks, food - $50

Cavaliers merchandise - $75

Going to Nick's, meeting the master artist Glen, and watching the banner go up - Priceless!

Damn, I only met Glen and Pootie and WUJU today. Woulda liked to meet more of you. I also was there until half time with whoever stayed past tip.

BTW, I'm 22, but I did not get my ID checked once. Not at the door where the sheriff was, nor at the bar. I shaved today too.

I went to the game today and i tried to see if i could catch a glimps of the billboard. Unfortunantely i couldnt due to the traffic but im sure it was amazing.

Hey Glen, if you put the billboard on a t shirt im buying a couple and i will probably buy some other t's too.

I also need to add that i went to the game and on the jumbo tron they showed a fan and he had a T Shirt with Lebron holding up the Goosie made by our own Glen Infante. I thought that was so cool.

Wow.

All I can say... is wow.

There was so much hard work and effort put into this. I've been meaning to respond to it, but I've been so busy with work, watching the games, and other things. But I know what I want to say:

  1. I have the gratitude of Glen and WUJU for making it work. You guys worked together, found a great spot, somehow got it moving, and look what happened: A MASTERPIECE!
  2. I have the gratitude of all members here who supported this. Seriously, without the countless people who emailed sources, without all the donators, without all the people who expressed their desire to get this baby out there... where would we be? I have done a few donations as well and hope to do more when I can afford them.
  3. I have the gratitude of all members who went out, met each other, and got the ball rolling. I currently don't live in Cleveland, but I'm native to the place. I really wish I was here, but I'm glad to be able to contribute whatever I can here in Florida (I hate Florida). I miss the place and wish I could've been there to see it all.
  4. I would like to somehow get a copy, but seeing this is the internet, I'm sure I could make some copies for my personal use, but I'd like to make one a poster for me to remember this place forever.
  5. I was happy it was accomplished. I was pissed when it was called off. I was grateful that the support brought it back at the 11th hour. And I'm hoping it will pay off. Glen better get his recognition. He'll be FAMOUS, I tell you, FAMOUS!
  6. This has been a wonderful 2 years worth of memories of the place. Thanks everybody!

For someone who could only say wow... that was a long-ass post.
