I believe he has two more contracted fights. Depending on how this PPV does, he may get burn again down the road. Its a shame he didnt have any fights prior to UFC. You could tell the adrenaline got the best of him and he charged out their like a moron.Kudos to CM Punk for even stepping in there tonight.
For a 37-year old with zero formal training before he turned 35 and zero professional fights to get in there takes guts and balls. Proud of him for living out a dream.
That said, there was absolutely nothing about that performance that would lead me to believe the UFC would (or could frankly) want to promote another CM Punk fight.
Mad respect to him though. We only have so many breathes in this life, why not go for it?
