On one hand, I'd give strong consideration to trading him the second he's reinstated because I don't trust him to stay away from weed and the NFL is always going to watch him tightly.

On the other, it would be really shitty to have to watch he and Pryor both rack up 80+ reception seasons on other teams for as long as they're healthy/active.

A little blame to go around on all sides(Browns, Pryor, Rosenhaus).

Basically, Rosenhaus was in Pryors ear that he was going to be able to get him a huge long term deal on the market. Browns saw it otherwise and offered him about 9-10M per year after attainable bonuses. It dragged on, get a little personal, Browns made the move on Kenny Britt, and Pryor decided to take a 1 yr, 8M prove it deal with WAS. Different sites/sources will add details they heard that reflect poorly on one, two, or all three of the sides but that's the basics as far as I saw from various places.

It honestly felt like to me that the Browns offered this contract, Pryor's agent was like that is not enough so we are going to wait for better offers and get back to you. Browns are like well we aren't going to wait and signed Britt while taking off the contract on the table. No other team offered a good contract so he signs a 1 year deal for decent money and now is betting on having a good season.

It's going on three seasons since this fucker played football. He's a little footnote on this team, a distraction. Why he continues to waste anyone's time (including his own) is beyond me.

He played football last year, and was instantly the best offensive weapon on the team the day he stepped on the field. The situation on offense hasn't changed, except now we have a rookie quarterback who will be in dire need of targets to throw to in order to be properly evaluated.
