For any skeptics, click on this thread:

http://realcavsfans.com/showthread.php?40153-Bynum-lists-Cleveland-as-a-preference-in-2013

It was one year ago on Monday, 367 days ago, that Bynum listed the Cavs as one of his possible destinations for 2013. The thread related to this news was 163 comments, a precursor to the Safari...

Just for kicks, I'll quote the first few comments in that thread.

ajz20:
Bynum lists Cleveland as a preference in 2013
Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA

Dallas and Cleveland are among teams with cap space that would interest Bynum in 2013 as a free agent, sources tell Y!

Mods Please rename to 2013 Bynum Safari.

Holy shit.... We would be legit contenders if we signed Bynum to a max and added a couple pieces.

Rob:
holy fuck yes yes YES

Giambiwannabe7:
Still rubbing my eyes...am I reading this correctly? I would be beyond shocked.

A little later in the thread, I liked this one, from InBoobieWeTrust:
Is Waiters/Kyrie/Thompson/Zeller a championship core? Hmm, maybe but probably not.

What about Kyrie/Waiters/Bynum/Thompson/Zeller/2013 lottery pick? Something to think about.....

One year ago today, most of us would have shot our wads in our pants over this move. It's a gamble worth taking.

Mike Brown has recruited bigger names than #6 ever did.

Was firing Byron Scott the best move the Cavs made this off-season? Crazy what's happened since then.

Cavs are stacked and yes there is a gap at SF but so much of the scoring will be commanded by Bynum, Irving, and Waiters so personally I think we will be fine. CJ and Keresev can come in and stretch the floor

Also, I hope Bynum beats the shit out of Drummond so we can stop hearing about that guy.

Yes I can sleep tonight if I can calm down. F ya.

Keep expectations for Bynum in line, folks... He's going to be handled with kid gloves this year.. Probably have very limited minutes,... I expect Varejao and Bynum to share about 40 minutes a night ... And they might not work up to that much time until late in season.. Key is getting Bynum back in shape and ready to be the Bynum of old, in 2014/15 season, hopefully.

So does he count the guaranteed 6 mil or 12 mil against the cap?

Too bad the thank you feature isn't working, because I would thank everyone!!!!
