Without going back I know I was firmly against JFF. Gilbert simply wasn't on my radar but after the pick I probably talked myself into him.

I think you can't change Manziel and that's the problem. Not because he won't change but because if you take away his improvisational opportunities you will take away everything that makes him a difference maker.

The team that drafts him will have to live with the the boom/bust plays. If you try to control him and play within a system I think he is going to fail and fail spectacularly.

This might be the nicest thing I said about him in the whole thread
