2016 NFL Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
There were only 4 more pts scored in that SB. And in this Super Bowl, the MVP wasn't a convicted felon with multiple illegitimate children.

Well, you can find scum on any SB champion, though they may not be MVP's.

As far as the Ravens Giants SB, the total points were close but the game was prominent by the pure dominance. Some people like blowouts. Almost nobody likes games like tonight.

Either way...I was glad to see Cam lose. The showboating, much like LeBron did with his first run with the Cavs is stupid. He'll stop doing it within the next few years, probably when he loses a few more playoff games, but for now it's annoying.

Others like it, and the NFL is clearly making him the face, but I'd bet the top QB's in the league would tell you it's stupid. Don't recall seeing any of that shit from either Manning brother, Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Russ Wilson, Roeth, Flacco etc while leading their teams on deep playoff runs.

He's fun to watch, but he'll be a lot more tolerable when he stops writing MVP on his shoes and doing first down celebrations.

I might have teared up a bit.. bc Peyton is the only fb player I've liked on a personal level, and a team warriors related didn't Fucking win, and they cried, and fuck cam Newton and Steph curry

Cam is such a prick, doesnt go after the fumble and walks out of the presser like an entitled bitch. He dabs and laughs when they win but when times get tough he turns into a crybaby. Showed his true colors. Set black qb's back 5 years with that post game tantrum.

I'm a little surprised that so many people thought that the game was boring. Sure, the offense was brutal, but the game was close all the way and there was huge/crazy defensive plays throughout.

I mean, if offense is all that matters than why isn't Arena football more of a thing?

Damn, that's just cold to label every black QB/person literally the same.

I mean, hasn't every white QB playing for the browns set white QB's back another thousand years by this analogy?

It was boring because nothing really happen.

It was sloppy, ugly, and just never once felt the outcome was in doubt. A close game doesn't always mean excitement. Denver's defense was awesome, don't get me wrong. But let's not pretend this was a game for the ages. It was snooze fest by the second quarter.

I've watched plenty of low scoring football games that I found very entertaining. This was not one of them.

Steph is bandwagon fan, and was probably pulling for the Broncos in the end. That's what bitches do.

Some here will be eating their words when Carolina adds a top level receiver or two. They literally had nothing out there for a QB with the best arm in the league. RT might help too.

CAR will be back in the SB before DEN. Much respect to Manning for getting his and riding off to the rodeo or whatever. Gets out before the NFL investigators have a chance to measure his wife's biceps.

I would add that Aaron Rodgers did/does have the title belt celebration. But I agree that showboating is generally not a QB thing.

Not 100% in agreement with that. Denver already is in good cap position, plus they'll now gain an extra 20 mil with Peyton coming off the books. They can keep this defense together if they choose to and add some talent on O.

Carolina is obviously well set up as well. Could be scary offensively will better receivers.
