It might be good KD went to the Warriors lol. Westbrook/PG/KD would've been harder to deal with. Well we would've had another championship though.

Regular timeouts will be shorter, fewer timeouts in OT, teams have to be ready to play on time - whats not to like?

I think the networks were tired of "they called a timeout.. was it a 20 or a full? Can we go to commercial? Can we? CAN WE? Oh its a 20... okay, stay here... WHAT ITS A FULL? CUT TO COMMERCIAL CUT TO... n/m too late"

The more I think about it, the more I really wish they'd consider pushing back the 3 point line. The entire mid-range game has collapsed, and I think the sport is worse off for it.

You do that and the warriors become even more unstoppable. They have guys that can make a longer shot consistently, several actually. No other team can say the same i think. Basically you're making the 3 pointer an even more exclusive shot to the warriors.

Legendary NY Knicks announcer Bob Wolff died Saturday at the age of 96. Bob just stopped working six months ago. He has the unique distinction of calling championship games in all four major sports.

I was listening to NY Radio this morning and more than one caller referenced Bob's description of the NY Knicks' 18th consecutive win on November 28th, 1969 over the Cincinnati Royals -- a record later broken by the Lakers in 1972. The Knicks came from behind to win 106-105 over Oscar Roberson, Norm Van Lier, Tom Van Arsdale and future Cavalier Fred Foster. When Oscar fouled out, Head Coach Bob Cousy took the floor to try and save the game at the age of 42 and having last played four years previously.

The interesting thing about this notable NBA game was that it was played in Cleveland.
