I went to OSU, even if they don't lose again, I still have a tough time seeing the committee letting them in.
So my question is what will it take because it sure seems like Bama and UGA are locks.

OSU wins out, which would include wins over what is most likely #2 Penn State, maybe a ranked Michigan in Michigan, and what will most likely be an undefeated and top 5 team in Wisconsin in the B1G title game, they are in.

Like last year...OSU wins out, they are in.

And UGA a lock? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Winning out means winning the conference, should be in.

Only scenario an OSU fan should be concerned about is UGA going to the SEC title game undefeated and winning in a close game against undefeated Bama.

Even if both Bama and Georgia start 12-0, one will lose in SEC Championship game. A 12-1 SEC runner up is not going over a 12-1 Power 5 conference champ.

I think we might have a couple 2 loss conference champions this year, though.

Last name isn’t his fault. I won’t kill his folks for Dicaprio. Black people love the Di, De, Le and La thing like white people love Caiden, Aiden, Graden, Maden and Gayden and all the other pussy ass names. What are you gonna do here?

I’m not gonna bitch about this. Dicaprio is a real last name at least. It’s better than DiMampius or Disharquius or something.
I think, though, if you name your kid Dicaprio Bootle, you have to make them wear an ascot to school everyday. Think it's in the Constitution.

How do you figure? Can you explain? They’re very young, yes they laid a dog turd against Oklahoma. That doesn’t mean 10 weeks later they can’t be one of the tops teams in the country.

It is tough to project that far out. But, IMO OSU was helped greatly by Washington and WSU losing. It means there won't be an undefeated Pac 12 champ to take one of the spots. Right now, I think the Pac 12 is the odd man out in terms of conference champs for the playoff.

I see the Big 10, ACC, SEC, and Big 12 champs being the four that get in there. Someone brought up the scenario about an undefeated Bama getting nipped by an undefeated UGA in the SEC championship. That might lead to 2 SEC teams getting in there and OSU being forced out. I suppose Notre Dame could always be considered a wildcard especially if USC and MSU finish the season strong. Other than that, I can't think of many scenarios where a 12-1 OSU gets denied a playoff bid.

Even if both Bama and Georgia start 12-0, one will lose in SEC Championship game. A 12-1 SEC runner up is not going over a 12-1 Power 5 conference champ.
That may not be true. I think Bama gets a lot of respect and deservedly so. I could see the committee putting them in if they lose a close one to an undefeated UGA.

JT actually made some impressive throws tonight and seemed more decisive and confident throwing downfield. At the very least, that's a little encouraging.
I suppose. But, can he do it against a good team with a good pass rush against a decent secondary? He hasn't shown that ability so far.

Bama and Georgia have to play each other in the SEC Champ. If it's a nail biter, then you can see both being in. If it's a double digit loss, then that team drops.

TCU still has to play Iowa State, underrated Texas team, AND Oklahoma. Let's see how that plays out. They win all 3, they 100% should be in. No matter what.

Clemson lost to Syracuse. Get out.

Miami has to play Syracuse (maybe momentum?), VTech, and ND.

We still have ranked Mich & MSU, #2 PSU AND #6 Wisky (if they all keep winning out).

Same old story. We just have to keep playing like we are. Mich/PSU/Wisky/MSU have to be just wins. Even if it's by 1 point. Iowa needs to be a decent win and Illinois is Illinois.

We win out, we get in.

It's not even a question in my eyes. It never was.

Christ we're already back to #6 in the polls. 6!

Just win, everything else will fall into place.

I'm really convinced the Pac 12 and Big 12 may have a 2 loss conference champ.
