2017 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I just don't see why Cleveland would go anything other than defense at 1 and 12.

Beef that unit up. We did a great job of shoring up the OL in FA. Now take care of defense. Get Myles and then BPA at 12 on defensive side of ball. It'd be great to see a young nucleus we can count on going forward on the defensive side of the ball.

After our FA haul I just don't see the need to go skill player or QB on the offensive side of the ball. I also view 12 as a sweet spot of some sort. There's a lot of guys we could slide back for....I hope to god we don't go chasing before the 12th pick and give up assets.

Breaking News! We traded our entire draft for Bortles so you wont need to worry about watching the draft now, so go back to Vacation @The Wizard of Moz

@The Oi is now on the clock!

No thank you, dont want to have our QB be some one whose name rhymes with Fake Buttholes.

Sounds like someone who would date a Kardashian, and we already have one of those in Cleveland.

A guy like OJ Howard I think is a target at 12 as well since he is a legit player, but I'd prefer to go all defense early myself

I'm all in favor of addressing the defense, but our offense has been horrible for more than a decade. We could use talent upgrades at every single skill position, so using 12 or 33 on offensive players is fine by me.

The Browns have ranked in the top-20 for points scored ('02,'07) and yards gained ('07,'13) only twice in the last 17 years. We've ranked in the bottom-5 25 times in those categories across the same time frame.

Get me some playmakers.

We upgraded the OLine and we have a worse defense than offense, as long as we get a bunch of good DBs then I have no qualms with offense at 12 and 33 , but wouldn't be my first choice.

By far the worst part of the draft is the Cleveland media asking the new draftees questions.

I'm pretty sure Kessler got all the questions last year just because he was a QB.

And all the questions are asked with such an inferiority complex or just plain dumb.....

"Are you aware that the Browns haven't won in 200 years? How do you change that?"

"How does it feel to be drafted by a team with so much turmoil?"

"Have you been to Cleveland? Do you know Jim Brown?"

"Do you know LeBron? Do you know what basketball is?"

My sister who is a huge sports fan had both of those questions ask to her at a bar once. She almost hit the guy that ask her.

I pointed out that it was a dc bar and it was the cavs in the playoffs.. so the great people of dc area may be holding a small grudge against lebron

If it was up to you we would just cut our whole offense cause fuck it. Defense rite???
