Absolutely no way in hell.

What's the damn point? If you don't draft a QB you love, and don't get a 25 year old Jimmy G for a decent package, why bring in a 33 year old Stephen Baldwin doppleganger that sorta blows?

Do one of the above or ride Kessler. Do not bring in that turd.

I'd be down with Cutler for one year. I've never understood why everyone gives him so much hate.

The Browns, staring down an even longer-term project, have their pick of any QB in this draft and can afford to play him sooner rather than later because the signings of guard Kevin Zeitler and center J.C. Tretter give them a formidable O-line. One complication, however, is that many feel none of the quarterbacks in this draft are equipped to play in 2017. But that’s where Cleveland’s younger incumbent backup, Cody Kessler, could step in. Or, if no other trade develops, their new overpriced backup, Brock Osweiler.

Kinda how I feel, except most likely ride with Kessler no matter what.

Cutty is a good fit for a contender. He would be dogshit here.

Cutler isn't terrible, but he played in a top 3 market which amplified what he does wrong. Cutler can drive the ball. He has drives where his powerful arm gets first down after first down with accurate veteran passes. But then, he pulls a Cutler and tries forcing a ball past a defender off his back foot. He's also got some of the worst body language when things go wrong, looking either disinterested or critical.

It begs the question: do you want a QB who gives you an 8/10 effort drive after drive, or a QB who gives you a 10/10 one drive, then a 5/10 the next drive?

I think the whole thing with someone stealing his wife's breast milk and ruining his newly remodeled bathroom because they thought spray paint was air freshener threw him off mentally his last few seasons in Chicago.

Let's also remember 3 years ago he had Alshon Jeffery, Brandon Marshall, Martellus Bennett, Matt Forte. Year after that, lost Marshall, but gained Zach Miller and Royal. Know those 2 aren't studs, but still. Marquees Wilson didn't have a bad year either.

Basically, he had weapons. I am not saying we don't have anything, but hot damn we don't even begin to compare to the roster he had in 2014.

Cutler is no worse than anyone else we've trotted out there the last 18 seasons.
