I still can't watch baseball. Always love watching the World Series. This year hurt

In before every baseball writer and analyst predicts a Dodgers vs Yankees WS in 2018. Get ready for it folks...

Too bad, Games 2 and 5 were some of the most exciting baseball games I've ever seen.

I've enjoyed the World Series to be honest. It is one of the best that I've seen in years. Since I don't really have a rooting interest, I can just enjoy the baseball. That is easy for me to do since it is my favorite sport.

Haven't watched a single pitch of baseball since the wild card round

Only positive of the Tribe being out

To each his own, I suppose. But, you've missed some entertaining baseball.

I don't find baseball even slightly entertaining if I don't have a rooting interest and my only rooting interest lies with the Indians

Was hoping the Indians would do it, but if they couldn't, I'm glad the Astros did.

Give them credit They seized the moment. It is a shame the Indians don't do that. Instead, we have to scramble for excuses.

I voted Astros. It was obvious they were the best team all year.

The fuck was that shit? Did Carlos Correa just propose to his girlfriend?

Fucking millenials

Fuckin' bullshit. Of course the Astros would fulfill Sports Illustrated's prophecy from 3 years ago while the Indians would sink in the mud. Of course the Astros would seize the moment and make their city proud, thus giving them hope after horrific strife, while the Indians would add another glimmering piece to their already-swelling choking mantle. Of course this would result in Houston's first WS title, just a year after the Cubs broke a historic 108-year old drought...against the Indians. Of course Verlander would get plucked from the hell that is Detroit with 2 seconds remaining in the deadline and win a ring, while Kluber gets rocked in his only 2 postseason appearances. Of course we'd outbid the Yankees for the services of Jay Bruce only to lose to them in the first round.

...and to make matters worse, we don't even have the Cavs to quell the disappointment.

FUCKIN'. BULLSHIT.

Shocked that four out of the previous five posts in here were made by complete fucking assholes looking to troll.

I planned on watching last night. It was still in the second inning at like 9:30. No thanks.
