I’m not joking at all. I find Embiid to be extremely likable.

Who’s says you need to win a championship to trash talk? He’s one of the best players in the league, that’s good enough for me. Plus, he’s hilarious (to me).

That whole thing about the East still going through Cleveland was the perfect quote in that press conference.

When i first read your post I actually thought you were being sarcastic. Your first post about him. Then i scrolled down and realized you werent. Everyone sees players different i guess.....
 
Remember that rumor about Kyrie and his knee, it was shot and he would never be the same......i would say that was false.
 
I am sitting here watching this Knicks game and it hit me, why the hell are the Knicks on National tv? I mean i know why they are, its NY, but come on. This is a horrific basketball team and the schedule makers knew this when they made the schedule.

The funny Boston fantasy atm is trading for Anthony Davis this year while keeping Kyrie but not realizing the Celtics can't do that because both players are on Rose Rule extensions and a team can't acquire 2 Rose Rule players via trade.

People talking about trashy fanbases, what annoys me the most is not even the Warriors fanbase, it's the actual players. No class at all in defeat and even worse, when they win. I don't even care who wins, as long as it's not them.
 
I like Embiid too.

Doesnt take himself or the game too seriously. If you cant laugh and joke about a basketball game then life seems dull indeed.
 
The real heroes of this NBA season are the Raptors, I genuinely hope they make it to the Finals, they deserve it moreso than any other franchise with how thoroughly 'Bron dad dicked them over the past 4 years. They're deep, they have tons of great defenders, they have top shelf talent, they're well coached and play with a level of maturity that not a lot of other teams do. And again, just imagine seeing the Celtics, Bucks and Sixers hype trains crash into the cold frozen dirt of Canada after years of posturing about how the east would be theirs for the taking once 'Bron was gone.

Eh...after spending a lot of time on realgm (that's my penance), I've grown to hate that fanbase with an irrational passion.

I'd rather see the Bucks finally break through.

As good as Giannis is, i just dont understand why his jumpshot hasnt gotten any better. He has to work on that like crazy every summer. Here we are though, his jumper is the same as it was last year, and the year before that. As for their game tonight, Durant had a miserable night, Curry had 16 pts, yet they handled the Bucks easily. Smh

Pretty sure his hands have something to do with it. I think a lot of players with freakishly big hands have some trouble with shooting the ball. (yes, there are exceptions)
