It's looking more and more like Zingis will skate on this one. Too many question marks on the accuser's side.

There appears to be less provable "there" there than with Kobe, whom while I figured would skate, would be drastically more tarnished if it happened today in the metoo era (since, for instance, he admitted there was roughness involved even if it was consensual.)
