Also, when the Lakers & Celtics (is that Kings pick lottery protected?) get the top pick and we end up with like #6 or #7 or something, will that be enough incentive to never do this willingly again?

Kings pick is protected for #1 overall and that's it I think. And it may be the Sixers protection.

Luka. Luka came in with elite skills on offense all around. Zion is coming in with good skill and amazing athletic ability. Will be interesting to see how Zion translates to the nba.

This will decide for Cleveland only how far they can fall and will not
change the % like it would if both teams that were tied had different odds
The Cavs need to get a top 3 spot in May or it's a bust regardless of
what pick they are starting from. Can't get pushed back or the tank wasn't a success at all
