2019 Cavs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Everytime I read a post that says go get this released player or that player .. even scenarios where we get multiple players back in a trade ... I find myself wondering if folks realize how many players we have under contract

Again though if Rubio was really a good shooter now he would be talked about as one of the most complete and pure pg's, but he isn't. My friend said he was better than Kyrie their rookie year. I mean that was wrong with hindsight, but he has not grown that much.

Overall, Rubio is still a bad shooter.

He was actually worse in his first year.
Went from shooting 36% in his rookie season, to now 42%.

This year was career highs in FG% and 3PG%.

And if we’re talking tank commander- why not have Kay felder? At least we would get mesmerized on the offensive end sometimes.

If we’re looking for a true tank commander just bring back Shump to play PG and tell him to do everything he’s ever dreamed of.

We can have 20 players during the off-season which is why it's easier to make trades during the summer.

My goodness- Eldridge Payton shot 16% on catch and shoot last year.

He has just shot up as potential tank commander!!!

Do you think Korvor has more value than Love if/when Lebron leaves?

Was trying to think of teams where Love made sense (playoff team with strong defense otherwise and good pick and roll G's where the 4 or 5 isn't already really spoken for) slim pickins. Then think of a playoff team that needs legit shooting off the bench, and Philly, Boston, Pels, Pacers, Portland, Minny, Bucks all come to mind.

Hard to say, but given Korver’s age and disappearing acts come playoff time, I wonder how much value he has for a contender. He has a really team-friendly deal, but beyond that? Idk

Korver has value for any younger team that wants a mentor/instructor type at a relatively low cost. Due to his history there, I could see Philly taking an interest in him due to his experience and ability to help other players in practice get better.

It’s amazing watching Payton’s decline. The dude just truly doesn’t give a shit. The declining numbers, horrendous hair that literally would make him miss layups etc.

Someone will give him a small contract this year then he’ll be out of the league. Such a waste.

I wonder if we will have interest again in Shevin Mack. He got waived today by the Magic.

Also Lance Stephenson got waived today, if we some how get PG13, I wonder if he will push for Lance to come here.

What do you get for him a 2nd round pick? Cash? I would do either I guess. Maybe he has more value to us to help Sexton
