He’s going to interview extremely well. He’s very sharp and oozes natural leadership.

When he runs that 4.85 forty at 285-290 lbs, he’s going to marry the personality, the testing, and the production.

I think he’s a first round pick, easily. Thus, I think he wouldn’t be a reach at 17.

I just feel having two studs at defensive tackle that can collapse the pocket would be amazing especially when you have an all pro talent in Garrett off the edge... also could make a run at another pass rusher in free agency
 
I still think Jones is a part time player. Got abused in run defense all year and that's not going to improve at the next level.

He'll be a hell of a pass rusher, but I dont know if I want such a one dimensional player at 17. There could be a lot of better options when picking.

If he is part-time, Jones is about 80% of the snap count, or whenever the pass is more of a high percentage play. The other 20% would be a run plugging Danny Shelton nose tackle type. I'm not actually high on Dre'Mont at 17. In a tradedown? I'd be all over it.
 
This is a guy that should be in the mix at 17

 
I'm assuming the Browns are scouting defensive back Charles Gaines out of Louisville. His last name is Gaines, seems slightly better than mediocre, and he plays DB.
