I wanted to offer the farm to San Antonio for him to sell LeBron on coming back. Man they would have been unstoppable together.

Really wish we traded Kyrie for him. SA was one of the teams he wanted to play for.

What Kawhi is doing is just awesome, but man the narrative is strange. They act like what hes doing is unprecedented for a forward. It's as if the last 8 years didn't exist?

I think part of it is that people are excited about someone other than LeBron doing these things and being the focus of the sport. I think LeBron fatigue has set in and NBA fans are looking to the next generation of stars, and especially enjoying guys like Kawhi who just play basketball.

Count me as one of those people. I loved LBJ coming back and winning a chip for The Land, but its honestly refreshing to have him not a part of the playoffs this year and have a guy like Kawhi, who doesnt do all of this soap opera BS all of the time, in the spotlight. Meanwhile Lebron cant go one day without leaking some story or doing something weird on social media just to draw the attention back to himself. Its honestly annoying af.

So I think I big part of it is that people are LeBron-ed out. It's been his league for such a long time, and fans seem ready for the next chapter. Especially with guys like Leonard who just hoop. Because the thing that's ruined the league even more than the lack of parity is all of this soap opera social media look at me superteam bullshit. And LJ is the king of that garbage, and he seems desperate to keep himself as king of the NBA spotlight. Hence the move to LA, but of course he has to try to steal everyone else's players now so he can have his THIRD superteam.

I'm ready to turn the page to guys like Kawhi, and celebrate that there's guys other than LeBron who can dominate . I think others are too.

Is it now so crazy to say Kawhi is better than Durant? Remember that time Durant said he was a system player.

Lets just hope Kawhi doesnt do something stupid and listen to Lebrons begging and pleading and go join him in LA. That would swing it right back to Lebrons league again with him having ANOTHER superteam and winning more titles. My gut is telling me something like that is going to happen though. Somehow AD or Kawhi will end up a Laker. They dont call Lebron Mr. Superteam for nothing.

I just miss the days when almost all NBA superstars just stayed with their teams. It made for real rivalries. Its very hard to take any of this seriously when guys do this every year or every couple years. Its a big race for the next superteam between all these guys.

Early in the series I had no rooting interest one way or the other, because I like the Bucks and the Raptors. But as the series went on, I just couldn't help but root hard for Toronto. Love their passion, their insane fans, and Kawhi's machine like demeanor. The Bucks didn't seem to have that same passion and seemed flat emotionally. Nothing about MIL I dont like, but hard to find something to love. The Raptors atmosphere is just awesome, and their guys were going all out for every loose ball.

Giannis has a long way to go if he is going to dominate in the playoffs. Surprised how ineffective he was.

I hope he doesn't do the lame thing and go to a Western Conference team, even if it is the Clippers. What he's done in one season with Toronto is amazing. No LeBron meant someone new was going, and man.

Screw the Warriors, I want to see the Raptors beat them in 6 so that they can eat that fraudulent 2015 win.
