It made absolutely no sense, nor did pulling Plawecki for Mike Freeman with Roberto on the bench. He lifts Plawecki, so he has to use Roberto anyways, but decides to have Mike fucking Freeman hit instead of the scalding hot Perez. Completely asinine.

I get how good his character is for the organization... but can we turn over strategy to someone else?

Leonys Martin should never be starting against lefties. I can see the merits to having him as a platoon player instead of Johnson, which is mainly that Johnson gets to continue to develop in AAA. But we need something to get him out of the lineup on days like this. Brandon Barnes?

I'm afraid Bradley not only isn't ready for MLB but there's not a spot with Santana and Bauers up.
