Yeah, you can definitely argue that he burned horrible secondary play. You can also argue that he burned them behind bench WRs and behind a leaky offensive line that will probably never play a meaningful snap together as a unit, so it goes both ways. Regardless, really happy with the flashes we saw last night.

Ultimately he beat his competition badly with the players he was given. Not more than that you can ask for.
Reality is, only way to throw a deep ball like that and complete it is against bad safety play. If Tom Brady, Brock or Kizer completes a long throw like that, someone on defense made a mistake 95% of the time. Its if the QB throwing the ball can take advantage or help create the mistake.
In this case the pump fake helpd for sure, but he did take advantage of what was there, all we can ask for.
