Better predictor (hoping this doesnt derail, just noting) is 1. Visible minority plus 2. Millennial makes up 81% of the left.

To further parse, a lot of the educated liberals i believe youre generally referring to, have pushed away from the left recently (sam harris for example) because the left has gone more socialist/marxist and thats not what liberalism is supposed to be.

If you're willing to concede that too, then I don't necessarily disagree with you. Most of the issues people take regarding women having the right to free preventative healthcare come from the double standards involved with taking it away.
