Aaron Hernandez Involved in Murder Investigation

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

From the article...

During the hearing, prosecutors say they can prove Hernandez stopped at a gas station hours before the murder and purchased gas, cigarettes and BLUE COTTON CANDY FLAVORED BUBBLICIOUS BUBBLE GUM.

After Odin was murdered, investigators say they found a shell casing that matched the caliber of the bullet used to kill the 27-year-old ... and next to the casing -- A CHEWED PIECE OF BLUE COTTON CANDY FLAVORED BUBBLICIOUS BUBBLE GUM.

What a fucking idiot...

how do you play this if youre the defense?

I guess on the point directly above me, Id say 'this proves that he was there, but this is not proof that he shot anyone.' then the witness come, which is his entourage, and they say he did it. "Two convicts-to-be who know they can escape a life sentence by collaborating in an effort to help find my client guilty should not be trusted. It would be foolish"

this is what happens wtih crime. Lots of way to fuck yourself if youre not calculated and dont have a good strategy. This guy murdered this guy all wrong

I bet he was somewhat intoxicated when doing the deed... Sometimes, when I get drunk, I just want to go home and continue boozing/hit some green.

Aaron Hernandez gets drunk and wants to kill someone. ThugLife

what happened to the bball player who accidentally shot someone ni the face with a shotgun?

ALso, if Im a lawyer, I could say 'he did it, but it was an accident'. HTere always is a case or angle to be made.. just has to be convicning and you have to be a fuck of a salesman

Jayson Williams? He ended up doing 18months or so. Probably lost a crap ton of money though since he had 2 or 3 trials.

I don't know how you sell accidentally shooting a person multiple times (In the chest, groin and back), especially when they supposedly have video footage of him with a firearm before the murder saying "you can't trust anyone anymore".

He's either a murderer or a murder accomplice. He's done.

Anytime you can blow somebody away while making 40 million dollars over 5 years and catching passes from a HOF QB you have to do it.

I'm supposing there is some larger semi-organized(probably drug) crime type ring involving Hernandez and some of his associates. This guy either screwed them over, or possibly ruined Aaron's relationship(decedent was dating hernandez's gf's sister), either way Hernandez roid rage snapped most likely. Maybe he was just trying to frighten the guy or something, just seems really strange that he would take personal involvement on a crime that could easily be traced back to him.

I would shift the defense to "one of the other two shot him and AH didnt know what to do.. Panicking, worried for his life and from being possibly charged with murder (depending on the statements the other two that have been apprehended provide), he made sure he had his gun as a method of defense should he be next for one of his psychotic friends to shoot several times."

Does this pass the smell test to anyone? I have to think there's something critical missing from this story. No doubt Hernandez is guilty, just not sure what he's guilty of. Being an idiot for sure.

Question: Let's say he gets acquitted: Since he wasn't charged with obstruction of evidence, is it possible he could walk away scott clean from everything sans the weapons charges?

More stuff...

Hernandez "drove the victim to the remote spot, and then he orchestrated his execution," First Assistant District Attorney Bill McCauley said in court Wednesday.

"He orchestrated the crime from the beginning, he took steps to conceal and destroy evidence and he took steps to prevent the police from speaking to ... an important witness," the prosecutor said.

Then this...

Prosecutor: Surveillance footage shows Hernandez with gun

After days of secrecy in the closely watched investigation, the prosecutor's comments in court provided the first detailed account of Lloyd's killing and the evidence detectives have uncovered.

A jogger found Lloyd's body, riddled with gunshot wounds, in a secluded area of an industrial park near Hernandez's house June 17, McCauley said.

Investigators later found five shell casings at the scene. Inside his pocket, McCauley said, they found a wallet and keys to a car that Hernandez had rented.
Around 2:30 a.m. that same day, the prosecutor said, Lloyd was last seen leaving his Boston home with Hernandez in a silver Nissan Altima.

Less than an hour later, surveillance cameras at the North Attleborough industrial park showed the vehicle heading toward the remote area where Lloyd's body was later found, McCauley said.

"The car goes down there at 3:22," McCauley said. "Four minutes later, the car is visible again. During the interval between 3:23 and 3:27, people who were working the overnight shift hear gunshots."

Minutes later, surveillance video from Hernandez's home security system shows the former NFL player arriving back at his house with two other people, according to the district attorney. Hernandez appears to be holding a firearm, McCauley said.

"The defendant goes walking through the house with the gun in his hand. That is captured in the video. ... And they all go down to the basement," McCauley said. "Once in the basement, the surveillance gets shut off."

McCauley said the gun Hernandez was carrying in the surveillance video has not been found.

Night night Hernandez. Keep your butthole tight.

Anybody speculating that Hernadez is getting off this is absolutely insane.

This case is rock solid and any comparison to any other case, such as Ray Lewis, is idiotic because they are completely different.

23 and your life is over. What a waste.
