I mean I havent seen all the evidence, but I think that theres some reasonable doubt that could be evoked from what I do know

Im not sure where the reasonable doubt could be placed, like I said before, this seems like a pretty air tight case and one that was put together with intense thought and done right which is also a rare feat for a Massachusetts DA.
 
well the evidence of the keys to a car the dude rented in someone elses pockets means that his property, vehicles, were pretty much fair game to his friends. The surveillance evidence.. has a gun and said what he said out of protection.. The only witnesses that 'saw him', if they even did, were the other two of the party and they have a pretty big incentive to team up and place blame Hernandez

The police also have (allegedly) video of Hernandez holding a firearm where he says, "You can't trust anyone anymore" before picking up Lloyd.
 
ahhhh it was BEFORE... hmm...

im not sure that thats concrete evidence he murdered someone. Its just statement, open for interpretation. The same way you cant be arrested for saying 'im going to kill you'. I could make up some story that Hernandez knew there was trouble within his circle and wanted to be ready for whatever was going to happen..

im just trying to play devils advocate and actually trying to figure out the what the defense would even say
 
How long til someone is like

"Mah famlee works in the jails and he got beat up real bad" type stories happen.
 
At the very least, he was present with two other men when Lloyd was murdered. He's, at the very minimum, an accomplice.
 
he might be even able to escape that.. he was there, saw it, didnt know what to do. had no prior knowledge of any sort of thing like a murder that was going to take place. feared for his life.

if I size up hernandez, I know that hes got a lot of money to spend on a kickass lawyer wholl clearly do a better job than I just did, and prosecution will size him up the same way.. They might offer an ok deal bc theyre afraid it might not stick

Just remember, casey anthony did it, but she was found innocent.. Its really fucking hard to get a conviction on this stuff.
 
Watching his face when the prosecutor was listing the sequence of events was fucking insane. As the guy was just rattling off...

"At 9:35 You sent a text that said "Hurry your ass up"

"At 9:47 you're seen picking up the victim."

"At 11:31 you were seen leaving your house with the victim."

He honestly looked like he was going to throw up. He thought he had his tracks covered and destroying his phone and security system was going to save him but it's not the case. I don't know what would possess you to murder someone when you're in the position he's in. Seriously, you have the world by the short hairs. Good freaking grief at least hire a hitman but to be the damn gunman!? Nuts.
 
I am curious to see what other evidence is out there that hasn't been revealed yet. The fact that there is a lot of evidence against Hernandez right now yet there is a gag order being placed on anything else being released at this time is pretty interesting.

To make matters worse, he has an eight month old daughter that is likely going to grow up being forced to visit her dad behind bars and wondering why her father would throw such an amazing career away over something so incredibly fucking selfish.

They had a receipt and video of him purchasing gum that was the same kind of gum found at the scene of the crime. If youre going to speculate on this, that is fine, but read the facts they have charged him with.

He could have saved a lot of time, money and tax payer money by putting a bullet in his brain.
