Cavs would need to add Cedí Osman for Magic to even look at this deal.

Larry wit hthe personal issues, with drugs and his terrible singing is still a great fit for the Cavs.

If we picked up Larry Sanders we would have same problem of having a hole at center, just a different type of hole.

(And since English is your 2nd language, I am calling Larry and asshole)

My ideal situation for the Cavs would be to get Bogut, but that is looking bleak.

If I'm the Cavs, I call up Sac and see if they're finally willing to deal Kofous.

Would anyone do a Thompson/Ibaka swap? Ibaka is a free agent and older, but is a better fit as a shot-blocker and shooter. Acquiring Ibaka also makes it easier if you decide to move Love.

Not totally sure how I feel about it. I think if you're able to maybe get another player or pick out of Orlando then it's worth it.

Ibaka has been on the sharp decline defensively for the last few years. It'd be tempting because I think he'd fit in better offensively. He adds more rim protection, but at this point. I think Thompson is the better overall defender.

He's not a very good rebounder either. If this was Ibaka from a few years ago, I wouldn't think twice.

It is something I'd probably do in 2K or like a virtual world but there are other factors keeping TT here like Rich Paul and LeBron so it isn't worth talking about really.

Not even sure Ibaka provides that much better rim protection. TT while never known to be an elite shot-blocker; his 1.2 blocks per game, isn't much worse than Ibaka's 1.6.

Defensively, TT is better at this point, too. Supposedly Ibaka is just two years older? One has to begin asking did someone fudge his actual age, because he's playing more like someone that's in his early 30s and has lost a step.

At 27, it's unusual to see such a steep decline. He's clearly lost some explosiveness and is just not remotely the player he was a few years ago. So no, I'd have no interest in that trade.
