Billy Preston: Most likely the next LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Difference in Preston vs Q Miller or PJ3?

What happened to PJ3? He always looked passive and he had his health issues, but he was really talented.

Preston is more raw, but hopefully he is more durable. I doubt he becomes that all around player, but he is more physical than PJ3.

Is he working out with CJ miles? I love his s fluidity but he's not exactly explosive. I worry he will be a mirrange jumper dependent big. Hopefully when he gets to canton he will demonstrate a dribble drive game

He showed some decent ability to attack off the dribble in Vegas. He does need to cut down on hoisting long 2 pointers.

Billy passes the NBA level talent quotient aspect of abilities. His next levels come between the ears and being able to WORK on his craft.

Perhaps wrongfully, I consider him an additional first round selection in terms of talent. I hope he understands the BEST thing for him this season is just play a whole crap-ton of basketball down in Canton and get the feel back for his game and regain some of his lost confidence.

I actually look at him as next years first round pick. But your right a ton of hoops in canton. A few games in cleveland for motivation. Would like to see Frye work with him as well

Thank you, that does make me feel better about losing next's year pick.

I don't think he did. He often couldn't bear his man and ended up doing a half turn contested floater 4 feet from the rim. I hope he improves he deserves a chance to play on the biggest stage if his head is in the right place

I don't think his handle is good enough. I don't think it is his burst. It's not surprising at all. He can handle the ball, but a guy his size is going to have to work on his handle in the NBA unless he is Lebron(who's ball handling is probably his biggest weakness because it can be attacked)

Rashard Lewis should be one he needs to pattern his game to. Develop that outside shot and he will survive even with limited dribbling.

Rashard Lewis is a good model I think. Cutting setting picks and jumping behind the line. Billy's shot looks smooth like that.
