Bosh trade

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Okay, say we land Bosh and Mike Miller... who will be our 5? Z?

I'd kill for Haywood, but I don't see it as a realistic possibility.

Sign Z, trade for Chandler? Bring Shaq back? Bosh doesn't want to be the 5, that is for sure.

Would a Childress for Shaq s&t be realistic? (I know he's not a 5)... just throwing that out there.

Wouldn't that be a hell of a line up:

PG- Boobie Gibson/Danny Green
SG- Mike Miller/Anthony Parker
SF- LeBron James/FA
PF- Chris Bosh/Anderson Varejao (or JJ Hickson)
C- Brendan Haywood

(Players from Cleveland that leave: Williams, Varejao (or Hickson), Shaq, Jamison, West)

Bosh can go from allstar to superstar if he comes here. Him and LBJ will have a team (Miller for MLE+solid players for support) in place while Miami, Chichago will be year or 2 away from it. They can go for the ship sooner and that will bring in some more solid players via MLE or some might even demand to be traded here. Like Spurs, only younger. :D

Come here Bosh. NOW.

What are you trying to do with that comment...with Chris Bosh? We want him to come and play in Cleveland with LeBron...not do any sexual deeds like your comment is sounding like

If you're gay, everything sounds gay. And since I'm really not from Cle, go to Cavs Bosh. Happy?

If Lebron resigns, he is our point guard.

You are wrong... the offense will go through LeBron but Mo and Boobie are really the type of PGs you need with LeBron... someone who doesn't need the ball and can knock down shots.

Yes, I know I just used boobie and Mo as "ideal" candidates for something that wasn't titled "trade":thumbdown

I hear what you're saying, but I'm in the camp that would prefer moving LBJ to the point position, especially considering he's practically there 60%+ anyway. Mo Williams is a gifted shooter, but has demonstrated a lack of ability defending his position. If we re-sign LBJ, and bring in Hedo's contract (w/Bosh), I'd definitely consider LBJ at the 1 our best option..

How do teams guard a lineup of:

LBJ, Miller, Hedo, Bosh, Shaq (or whoever, edit: whoever doesn't call Bosh "RuPaul" lol...)?

To me, that represents an ideal yet realistic scenario...

Gour Bosh and Shaq will never be on the same team, just saying.

You're right, the whole RuPaul thing.. I was just pointing out that any defensive center that can fill the 5 spot and make a layup fits the mold.

I'd rather have Haywood, but why would they trade him for Shaq?

They wouldn't, unfortunately. Which is why we'll probably have to use the MLE on a big, not a small. Either that or we'll need another big trade to bring in a big or two, which won't be easy AFTER the Bosh deal.

I still want to pursue the Shaq/Childress S&T, though.

If the Cavs trade AJ, Hickson, Parker and West
for Bosh, that leaves Cavs with a starting line up of Bosh, Jamison, Lebron,Mo and MLE. Is that another 60 win team? Does that team take you deeper into the playoffs? What other moves do they or can they make? Bring back Shaq, Mike Miller, Barbossa? I'm not sure about this one as much as Id like to see Bosh here (doubt it will happen) Im still not sure that's enough.

How would the Cavs trade Jamison and have him still be apart of our line up first of all?
