Breaking Bad Season 5

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Walt won and I love that. I think that's as happy of an ending as they could have. All great feats require sacrifice. He sacrificed so much ... but accomplished what he set out to do.

i just wish someone would tell a joke about how its the prequel to malcolm in the middle already

um no. more like a prequel to need for speed with jesse speeding away in the car at the end.

the joke is everyone keeps saying 'oh its the prequel to malcolm in the bla blabla' and they all think theyre very clever, with their regurgitated shit

Thing I noticed...

Hair = Walt
Mustache/goatee = Heisenberg
Both = Walt and Heisenberg

In the end, he dies as both Walt and Heisenberg, as he faces everything he has done as both.

Some Better Call Saul thoughts-
I figure all of these characters are possibly reasonable to appear-
Wendy the hooker
The "fake" heisenburg
Gomez, Hank, the Albuquerque DA, the detectives, possibly even DJ Qualls' cop
Crazy 8 and Emilio

Guys that they may use but have no real story reason to
Huell-shows up after Walt
Bill Burr's character-
Fring-only for some Pollos type situation
Mike-iffy he should be used but they probably will. I bet iy will show him in some Pollos type role
Walt & Jesse-cameo

He's got a drawer full of phones with stories on each one. Assuming story will end with him getting buzzed for Badger's Uncle

I assumed better call Saul would all be about sail essentially breaking bad and helping fring and mike set up shop

Did anyone else notice that Jesse and Walt had on the same exact outfit while they were eating at Denny's (S4- Episode1) Brown Kenny Rogers shirt, with white pants, and red Chuck Taylors?
I'm guessing that this was to signify that the 2 of them were on equal levels, at that point.

You notice little things when you go back and watch. The show is so masterful. My goodness.

I took it that Mike had his guy go to the store and buy 2 of everything they'd need(pants, shoes, etc) cause everything had blood all over it. Notice that the tags are still on.

Forgot how good that episode was. I didn't rewatch that one in the run-up to the finale, but I probably watched like 30-40 at least within a week or two of the finale.

scene had to be an obvious homage to Pulp Fiction.

I enjoy texting my brother "POLLOS" every few months. You can't do it too often but it's a neat nod to the show.

Just finished season 5. What an emotional roller coaster.

Walt's wife was a bitch and she made the show drag on when she came on.

Yeah Skylar is a raging cunt. Props to that actress for being so convincing because I fucking hate that woman. Apparently she has actually gotten death threats which is hilarious.

Skylar was annoying but I thought the character was perfect. She did a great job in the episode that Walt takes Holly in the end, that entire scene made me uncomfortable.

I got the entire series for Christmas, spent most of my winter break watching it again.
