Browns trade Kevin Hogan to Washington

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It took me about a minute to type that post- pretty sure it took Dorsey longer.

And I can't wait to see who they take in the 6th round, since apparently it is the 'Tom Brady' pick according to you. Again, this was alot of work for, well, nothing. But so be it.

I'm honestly confused. What do you think they should have done instead? Don't take the 5 minutes (or probably less) to dicker back and forth? Not pick up the phone when the Redskins called, and just cut the guy instead? By your logic, they shouldn't even bother doing anything at all with respect to the 6th and 7th round. The picks have zero value, so why bother even picking?

This is about the oddest thing in the world about which to criticize the front office. "They wasted time moving up 17 spots in the draft. Should have just stayed where they were and not bothered."

I think it's pretty clear, if they draft the wrong guys it was because they spent too much time trading Kevin Hogan for a greater draft asset.

I see no other reasonable, totally significant complaint.

So I did some research and these numbers are accurate.

I think you are forgetting that the higher draft slot means more money a year. The browns now will have to commit $8,000 more a year toward the rookie contract. This will kill the cap as we only have $70,000,000 in cap space next year after free agency.

Just a stupid move, spending money like its water.

I suppose your opinion of "nothing" varies from the literal meaning of the word.

IMO at best, you just wasted time trying to make a funny that wasn't there.
