Browns trade Kizer for Randall

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nope. Could just keep a constant funnel going for years if he had to.

Still wouldn't matter. If just 5,000 people retweet, that's probably over 3,000 more games than Curry will ever play.

It's a tweet. Goodluck with that lawsuit

If you don't think someone will try to say they agreed to a "contract" with this stuff, I'm not sure you grasp how petty people can be. I'd think a tweet has a low chance of being considered binding, but there's absolutely an attorney out there willing to take that suit.

No, he said a signed Steph Curry jersey. He said he'd buy one for anyone, not any jersey.

Click tweet, avert eyes to tweet below it by Joe Thomas saying it could be any jersey not just Warriors.

Either way it is not that big of deal as people are making it out to be. As long as he shows up on the field and is a legit FS, then this will all be forgotten about then lol

I'm surprised at how much Randall had to be consulted by Hue & teammates about the passion of Cleveland fans. Are we really viewed as that passionate?

This doesn't really move the needle for me, though. For me, it's root for or against whichever teams you want, just don't talk-down the City or it's citizens.

Browns' Damarious Randall now says his NBA Finals jersey offer was 'obviously' a joke

As an NFL defensive back, Damarious Randall is no stranger to backpedaling :chuckle:. On Wednesday, Randall was back at it again.

"I definitely didn't think the Cleveland fan base would go this crazy about it," Randall said, per ESPN's Pat McManamon. "Obviously, it is a joke. Just to know how passionate this fan base is, it is really encouraging. ...

So, how does Randall plan on paying off his debt?

"We'll talk about this after the series is over," he said, adding he would do something for the fans regardless of the result.

Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor's advice for Randall: "Don't hit send." In other words: never tweet.

Hopefully he will give a bunch of jerseys to low income or under privilege children/teens as a gesture. Provide uniforms for youth leagues or something. I bet he could get Nike or another big sporting goods company to partner with him.

Someone came up with a solid idea... Instead of giving snot-nosed Twitter users free shit, take that number of retweets and donate $1 for each to Bron's charity. See if the Browns will match you..

Some great quotes in there...Randall always speaks his mind:

“We know what's ahead,’’ Randall said after Sunday’s 26-24 loss to the Ravens. “The NFL knows it’s in trouble, the AFC North knows it’s in trouble. We expect to win the AFC North next year, we expect to win a lot of games next year and we've just got to get back to the drawing board and get some rest and get back to work.’’

“We’re a force to be reckoned with,’’ said Randall. “At the end of the day, the AFC North is going to come through Cleveland from here on out and I’m just kind of looking forward to it. The future is bright here.’’

“This team’s got a lot of resiliency,’’ he said. “This team’s got a lot of character to it and we’ve got a lot of fight and that’s what you want in an NFL team.’’

“This is a group that's very tight and we got tight fast,’’ he said. “It went from ‘we're all on different teams’ to, ‘boom, we all play for the Browns, boom, we’re up in camp, boom, we're all together 24/7,’ it happens fast. I feel like with the wins we did get, that builds a lot of confidence, a lot of swag and I feel like guys take that into the offseason and want to get better.’’

“Some people look at this year as a rebuilding year, this and that, (but) we could have easily won 11, 12 games this year,’’ he said. “I don't look at no year as a rebuilding year. With the guys that we have in this locker room, we're a very talented group. It's a bittersweet moment to see teams we're better than go to the playoffs, but at the end of the day, you learn more from losses than from winning and this program, this team has had its fair share of losses, so now it's time to win.’’

“What coaches?’’ he said. “I mean, I could care less who the coach is, honestly. I'm here to play football. I get paid to play football and I get paid to help my team win games. That's what I'm going to continue doing and this is the game I love to play and I'm going to continue getting better.’’

“I love this team,’’ he said. “I want to be here for the rest of my career.’’

“You want guys challenging each other,’’ he said. “You want guys ready to make plays and I feel like we’ve got that here and a we’re a team to be reckoned with. Whoever’s on our schedule next year, good luck.’’

Sidenote...trading Kizer for Randall was absolute highway robbery.

This was a super good move in the end for Cleveland. I wasn't sure about him since he was going to change positions in Cleveland, but it looks like Green Bay made a mistake by making him a CB.

Myles Garrett is the best player on our defense.

Joe Schobert is the quarterback of our defense.

But Damarius Randall is the heart of our defense.

I hope he does finish his career with us, just as he requests.
