Graduate from UC. Can be nice to keep our roots stuck in Cinci even more with hiring him and keeping Coombs.

This is where my concern lies. Guy hasn't worked for a college football program since 1990 and that was as a grad assistant at Michigan State.

With Pantoni and those guys on staff, not sure there is a more adept group of recruiters in the nation to teach him.

He's also already been on staff for a year and has been active in doing some recruiting.
