They are trying to upgrade their team without giving up much of their farm. I cannot say I blame them for that, but at the same time since the Indians do not need to trade either guy, unless they get an overpay the Indians will not trade either of them this season. I like the fact the Indians will not budge either on their prices in a win now season.

I don't blame them for trying to perform a heist like the Browns just did on the Giants. That said, I'm an Indians fan, so they can fuck off.

It’s not shit on. The disparity between the Tribe with the Yankees, Sox’s and Astros appears to be widening, not shrinking.
The Central is considered a joke, both on this board and nationally.
Yes they’re considered an almost playoff “lock”, but only because of their shitty division. But there is no expectation that they can or would win a playoff series after the last two years, and especially last year when they were thoroughly outmatched.
They can change this by jumping on the division and getting out to a comfortable lead. Ideally they could manage the pitchers innings, especially Kluber to keep him energized for the playoffs. They need to alter whatever they did last year (yes it’s an oversimplification).
I’ll do my part and get to games, support the team etc. They have a shot, which is all we can ask for.

They have the best rotation in baseball, so if we can get the bullpen straightened out, we are going to be tough to beat in the playoffs. If anything we are an underdog again in the playoffs and not just may be the best thing for us!
