I get the feeling...cavs want it, jordan wants it and clips want jordan gone...they are all waiting for someone to blink first

Agreed. I think its just clear that all sides want it to happen its just a matter of time. The Clippers are hoping we budge and give up the BKN Pick.. its only a matter of time and us hoping no other Team grossly overpays in a trade for DJ(wich i doubt he is on a short contract after all).. in the end it likely will be something like TT,Shump and either our First or Cedi or Zizic.(Maybe at most two of Our Pick,Cedi,Zizic)

I just watched an analysis of the Portland Game with IT back.. They said something very true.. The only way you can win a Title with a guy like IT is if you have an elite Defensive Big who can clean up when he gets beaten by a stronger Guard. DJ would be perfect for that.

And we can really use any Rebounding, Shot Blocking and toughness he brings.

I would love his Rebounding, Shot Blocking and toughness!! The rebounding would be huge as we seem to give up quite a few offensive rebounds to the opposition. would like this move to get done asap so all the team can gel together

The thing with dj is that his presence alone is enough for opposition to think about when driving to the hole. Right now the only thing stopping players finishing at the rim is their own abilities. Dj will alter the way teams play. Yes he will get targeted for free throws but we have enough offense to counter it

He's not the rim protector he used to be...this season he's averaging just over 1 block per game, 30th in the league. Real Plus/Minus ranks him 22nd defensively (20th overall) among all centers. I'm not sure why he's declined so significantly this season, and maybe a change of scenery would be the cure...but there's no guarantee he would have a major impact on this team.

Well he’s no longer playing with an elite pg in cp3 so some stats are gonna fall off after that.. that changes if he comes here with IT and Lebron. And then the clippers have been really banged up for most of the season.. so it’s been a lot on him mostly.
