I'm having the hardest fucking time with this.
I'm about 6'1", in flux between 180 and 185. I'm certainly not a cut 185. I'm not fat but I have some shit I want to burn off and tone up. I have a slender frame so it's easy to hide my beer induced belly.
Most of my exercise is playing hoops for about 2 hours 2-3 times a week. I'm moving to the Cleveland area at the end of July, and was thinking the best route I could take would be to add swimming to my regimen. I was thinking the whole nine yards, breaststroke, backstroke, and freestyle for 30-45 minutes for 3 days a week, and hoops the other 3. Rest on sundays. First of all, does anyone have any tips to improve upon this plan?
I have no idea where to even start with lifting. I don't want to try lifting and just completely fuck up my posture, etc. by using awful form.
Also, I have to get on a much stricter diet plan, which is the most important part right?
