Pinned my shoulder yesterday because I'm running out of healthy tissue in my quads.

Never the fuck again. I couldn't sleep it hurt so bad. Woke up every hour.

I was on no fap for like a few months. A week ago i said fuck it, not because i felt horny, but because i felt it wasnt good for me.

I feel like it loses value after a while.

For the first week you feel better for sure. You have more energy and a better outlook. I have had better libido aswell in that timeframe aswell.
The peak is probably at day 8, and then atleast for me, the libido decreases and you somewhat don't care about porn as much. After 2 months you don't even think about it.

After that obviously if you don't jerk off or participate in sexual acitivity you get more frequent Nocturnal emissions(atleast for me).

Weirdest thing though was when I tried to browse a pornsite after a few months and I honestly felt disgusted. It grossed me out.
So like I said, I got back to it because I felt like since I don't participate in sexual acitivity right now that it was bad for me. If you don't use it, you lose it.

But for you, I think it could be great. I believe that in that 8 day timeframe your testosterone increases and it's great for your wellbeing. I would suggest jerking off once every 8 days and see how it affects you.
 
I was there but didn't run. I love Columbus Marathon. Great turnout and a great crowd usually.

Plus, the weather was absolutely perfect for a marathon.

Already set my workouts for next year.

I think I’m going to try the 70.3 Ironman next year - July 2018
1.2 mile swim
56 mike bike
Half marathon

Have you done one of these? I just did a half, but have never trained for bike and swim. I really have no idea where to start with training

Is that down here in Cbus?? If so, I may just have to join you and not do Pelotonia.

The 56 mile bike is easy as shit. For Pelotonia, I haven't been on a bike before the race for over 10 years. The farthest I trained before the race was 25 miles. The final ~10 miles my calves started crampin up and almost got a charlie horse, but never happened. WIth enough training, it would be a breeze.

The swim I would be worried about. I have never swam long distance before.

Around 196, minimal fat gain.

Only doing one more week.

Got lab work. Shockingly only my cholesterol was a little high, and something about hormones. He asked if I was on supplements. I'm like sure, synthetic protein.

Up to 200 from 182. 7 weeks in. I'm done. Gained a little too much weight too quickly at the end.

I hope I can be below 10% at 190 when it's all said and done.
 
Just started a 2 month lift routine after I have been doing pretty much strictly Insanity/HIIT/Running.

Holy shit. Couple things:

1) Insane how quickly you lose strength after not lifting for a while. Granted, I am in great shape. But not lifting weights for 2-3 months, I am literally down 10lbs on my DB Bench.

2) I am sore as absolute fuck. Started with quads/calves/abs on Monday and my legs are still sore. I still run every morning and did hammys/lower back/abs today, so it's not like I can't walk, but damn. Did chest/shoulders on Tuesday and it still hurts in the shower when I reach across my body to wash my back :chuckle: Now I know that means I am trying to do too heavy, but I got all my reps in and if I was struggling, I went down in weight. Just has been a while. LIke starting up an old car.

The last week of January I will start up my Marathon training routine, which gives me a perfect 16 weeks until the Cleveland Marathon in mid-May.
