How many calories does it end up running

Mostly depends on how much olive oil you wanna use.

But if youre gonna take in calories from fat, extra virgin olive oil is one of the very best, healthiest sources of fat.
 
Been getting up at 4:30am to get my workout/run out of the way. Running the Akron and Columbus half this year before Ironman training gets going again. Surprised with how much energy I have that early. The only reason that I haven’t don’t this before is I figured I would bonk out after 20 minutes. I’ve found it to be the complete opposite, seem to have energy to spare in the morning. I just don’t have the energy in the evening after work/football. Might continue after the season ends. Anyone else do the early morning workout?

Well I work night shift so I get up in the afternoon, but on days I work I do my workouts before my shift.
 
@David. what are your thoughts and or experiences with Anavar? Seems to be a mild — yet toxic oral?
 
I mean I wouldn't recommend starting with that, and it sounds like you are

I don't know if I'd recommend steroids at all unless you're willing to never come off of them

early morning for me is anytime before Noon. I'm currently doing a 90 minute workout in the morning and a 90 minute workout in the evening. I bumped that up from 60 minutes each about a week ago. Still doing VR workouts. Burning about 2k active calories/day.
 
Finished the Akron 1/2 today. Legs felt good and pace wasn’t bad. Finished in 1:52. Probably could’ve been a little faster. Something to build on for Cbus at end of October.

I'm looking to change my diet to drop about 20 pounds. I could add an exercise element to this, but from strictly a diet perspective, what's a good diet routine to start up? I've heard people losing from the Keto stuff.

So, I'm being lazy. Any links to meal plans or calorie guides to make meal prep easier to minimize calories?

Carbs make people feel full. I'm going to guess those are the worst for minimizing calories.

Potatoes work for me, vegetables are going to be the best, bag of carrots, oatmeal, chicken breast, sandwiches, some ppl like rice, apples work for me. Salads - exchange dressing for salsa

You have to do some work and figure out your daily maintenance caloric requirements and then subtract 500 a day to lose a pound a week. 1000 for 2
