Anybody go to Planet Fitness?

They have a deal that ends 11/14:

Now thru 11/14, get the PF Black Card for ZERO Down + No Commitment & get EXCLUSIVE access to 1,600+ clubs nationwide, UNLIMITED Guest Passes, Tanning, HydroMassage & more!

Is that a good deal? The Black Card is $22 a month.
I do. I don't have the 'black card' though so my membership is $10 a month. People like to make fun of Planet Fitness but it's honestly fine. For $10 a month you can't beat it.

My issues with Jeans are getting worse. I have 35 inch waist, but 48 inch hips. Havent measured my thighs recently, but they must be closing in on 30 inches. I'm wearing 38 34 Levi 541 athletic fit Jean's right now (so 3 extra inches in waist size to accommodate the butt), and the athletic fit gives extra room in the glute and thigh area. Even then, they are beginning to look like skinny Jeans. The fit is actually pretty perfect right now because fitted is in, but, if I get any bigger, I Might have to give oxcllth.com a try.

Btw, can we get some leg shots of Dave?
Not gonna take pictures but I've gotten compliments on my calves from bodybuilders. My thoughts are as good but not bad

Anyone have any super super low cal ideas? At night I just get bored and want to taste something. Salad with salsa is OK and like 30 calories, pickles have no calories, cucumbers too..

Cauliflower rice from trader joe’s W soy sauce.

Bone broth. Can add texture by making a soup.

Man I just do not buy no/low carb.

I threw out the meals I knew worked for me like oatmeal and sandwiches for more protein based stuff like just lunch meat and greek yogurt and I'm at about 500 more calories than normal at this point of the day.

Going to add a cardio machine in my basement. I just can’t do a treadmill plus I don’t want the pounding on my knees and hips. What is going to be the best bang for my buck? Elliptical? Stepper? Row machine? Upright bike? Recumbent? Something else?

Thanks in advance.

Gotta try them all and see what you'll be most comfy with and like doing the best

Row machine.

Just got 305 on front squat. Well below parallel. Went for 315 and went down like a sack of bricks. I might have been able to get 310 on the first try had I gone for it. I'm sure I will hit it soon.

Lol I don't know what the fuck happened on that last leg of the cycle til now but I lost fucking everything.

This is a goddamn joke. Can't keep gains even on trt and blast and cruise.

Do you guys believe in Keto?

It's like I feel like I can't metabolise carbs very well. It makes me tired. When I was younger and healthier I instantly felt energised, and now it's the opposite.

When I eat healthy fats like MCT(Medium chain triglycerides) and fats from meat I feel better.

I dunno, maybe i'm eating the wrong carbs? I definitely have problems with metabolizing sugar and carbs are in fact sugar after all, no?

How long have you gone carb/sugar free? Every time I try it I crash for a few days at the start with low energy levels. After a few days the body adjusts and I feel fine. Started low carb this weekend, Sunday I fell asleep during the 2nd Q of the Browns game because it was physically impossible to keep my eyes open (and the Browns were AWFUL).
