Dream Team 4: Golden State Warriors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This bit about Mozgov is incorrect. He started every game in the series, and was the leading scorer in the game 4 that you're claiming he got pulled in. The Cavs were also not tied at the end of the third quarter - they were trailing by 5-6 points.

I meant Mozgov was essentially eliminated for game 5 after that game, a game in which he scored 28 points. They couldn't cover anyone in the 4th and got run off the floor because they were simply spent, more so than i've ever seen a team. The incredibly slim and tired roster was even more reason to stay big and slow the pace to a crawl. Win or lose, there was no possible advantage to gain on Golden St. by going small.

And you're right, the deficit was 6 after three quarters in gm4, my bad.

Unfortunately, so long as he is able to hack and hold LeBron without fouling he is a very valuable piece for them. I did see somewhere that he was shooting something like 10% on corner threes this year.

I guarantee he’s been left wide open on most corner threes

I also guarantee that this son of a bitch will be making them in the finals with a hand right on his face

These pussies went and got KD. And that pussy accepted.

Still smh to this day.

Iguodala has been on a rather significant decline for the entire season, and he did show glimpses of it last season as well. The Warriors helped hide his weaknesses well, but at the end of the day, Iguodala came into this league as an athlete that relied on that athleticism to get to the rim, dunk, and defend at an elite level.

He's 34 years old now, and he's not LeBron James. That athleticism has faded a rather significant amount from just a year or two ago.

He's currently averaging a career worst in TS%, PER, 3PT%, SPG, MPG, and a ton of other statistics. I hate to be bold, but the dude is washed up. Big time.

He'll still torch us in the finals and get away with stupid fouls on LeBron though, so not much point of talking about it, but if given the opportunity, I'd rather have all three of Houston's 3&D wings (Ariza, Tucker, Lord Mbah a Moute) over Iggy's washed ass.

Iggy turning into Matrix at the end of his career. God it's glorious, if only it came this hard last year.

Now it's Livingston's turn to decline. Then their bench would be DOA .

Warriors defense has legit been about as bad as ours for a while now. I'd guess that they're just coasting...but...they must care at least a little bit about home court, right? What's wrong with them?

The Warriors have been playing at a high-caliber level for nearly 4 years now. A team can’t sustain that level of dominance for that long without taking games off, and the only reason why they were able to do it is because all their stars were in their primes, and because that bitch Durant gave them a shot in the arm last year. If it weren’t for that this would have happened a lot earlier.

I’m sure they’ll be back to normal in the playoffs, but you’ll never see them go all out for the regular season again.
