Dude, he took 3 of them with a hand in his face with over 10 seconds left on the shot clock in the 4th when the game was within 5 points. There is simply no excuse for a single one of those shots to go up. He HAS to FULLY embrace his role here for us to win. Not 75%. Not 85%. Not even 90%. 100% when it comes to the Warriors.

And I'm not even trashing Wade...he was awesome for the vast majority of the game...but he cant take 18 footers with a hand in his face in close games with real time left on the shot clock.

Hopefully Rose can get back on the court and be productive for us. The ability to keep two ball handlers that are scoring threats on the floor should help smooth multiple bad possessions from happening from Wade. IT and Wade seem to have a good chemistry so far. I don't necessarily think Rose and Wade will play together with how Lue has spaced our IT's minutes so far.

I don't think Wade and Rose would play together. IT would have been on the court with Wade and been the ball handler in most situations. Instead of pressure of Wade to create, IT could set up a play for him.

His agent passed away, Lue said he should be back with the team on Tuesday. Hopefully Lue will stagger Wade and IT if both can't play back to backs.

The last few years of battles with the warriors taught me that every single possession matters. We always knew the cliche but watching the negative consequences of giving away possessions in that context was illuminating. You’re down 2, come down the floor and chuck a fade away Wade brick... and they follow up with a transition 3. Down 5 but feels like 20. The avalanche proceeds from there. We can’t have an ounce of fat or BS to our game. We can hang but it takes near perfect execution and EFFORT.

Its gonna take guys like Wade putting aside their legend status and not giving away possessions. It all starts with LeBron cutting out his LeFuckYou iso threes in close games.
