embedding tweets

I didnt see this asked anywhere and wasnt sure where to post this but how do I embed a tweet so it doesnt have a bunch of characters then the tweet?

On my computer I clicked the 3 dots and clicked embed and copied and pasted and got all the different characters above the actual tweet.

Also any way to do it from your phone from the twitter app? I have android.

Just get the url of the tweet and paste it...no need to embed
