Fantasy Football 12-13

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What a lame ass league. Like no points are going to be put up. Who's running that garbage?

NBA players. :chuckles:

Last year average scores were in 80's-90's. The league has been a great source of income for me the last 3 years...so i'm not going to complain about their format. :)

80s-90s??? Are you guys starting three RBs and/or 3WR's??

What do you mean? Not following you.

There's no way teams are regularly putting up that many points in a league where the yardage is worth half the points it usually is. They should be putting up half the yardage points that they would in regular leagues- where teams average about 80-110pts a week. I'm thinking average should be more like 50-60 in your league. The only way I could fathom teams putting up numbers that high would be if there were only like 8 teams that were loaded with talent.

Unless Rudy Gay, Kevin Love, Joe Johnson, Oj Mayo and Dick Bavetta are all extremely effective drafters...which is possible.

See what I did with the names there?

Also...I hate you.

I just looked back at the scores. I averaged 84 ppg...with a nice 41 in week #2. I lost weak #13 102-100. :( I averaged more than most, so yeah, saying 80's-90's was probably high.

I don't care for you much either, but can you still please send me a pic of your sis-in-law?

That sounds much more reasonable, and you were probably dominating most of the way. I just sent the picture via PM. She does look a lot like Damage, but just picture her without the facial hair.

Am I wrong to boycott paying for a league where the Commissioner has decided to change rules after the draft? He is proposing a switch to make the flex position TE/WR/RB instead of the traditional RB/WR that was showing pre-draft. I have a serious problem with this type of idea.

Should probably hold a vote with the other members of your league to see if they have a problem with it,if majority votes no on rule change then i say boycott. To be honest tho unless a person has Jimmy Graham & Gronkowski you will be better off starting a WR or Running back at the flex spot anyway just my 2 cents.

Whenever you are getting 6 pts per passing td you go QB in the first round.

Absolutely agree with this, even more so when your yardage is so low. I would put Aaron Rodgers as my #1, and some combination of Brady/Foster/Rice as my #2-4. Also TD vultures like Michael Bush are going to be a lot more valuable in this league. If Gronk/Graham are available with your second pick, I would go for them given the propensity for TE to score lower yardage/higher TD. Normally high yardage RB's as the most valuable commodity, but in this league i think the default rankings will vastly overrate them.
