FANTASY FOOTBALL 2017

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How the fuck do you guys become so good at this?

Anyways, I'm fighting for the playoffs. 6-5 6th place with a bunch of 5-6 behind me and some 7-4 in front of me. And debating who the hell to start.

For WR I have Hill, Diggs, JuJu and Rishard to pick from. Hill and Diggs together scares the fuck out of me

For RB It's Ingram (obvious start), McKinnon, Perine and Demarco

My fucking kicker has a concussion so now I have to find another and may start Keenum again.
It's funny the league I am 9-2 in I lost Arob, Woodhead and DJohnson in week 1. I picked up good RBs that panned out, I still had Keenan Allen, Diggs and traded ACooper for Hopkins.

I'm 20-13 in my money league (tied for first place. We play 3 opps each week)
Ingram, Karama and Brady have been carrying me the last few weeks. I'm still waiting for Doug Baldwin and Mccoy to be a bit consistent.
I like my chances going into the post season though.

Personally, I found that my money dynasty league has made me much better at fantasy football as a whole because dynasty naturally forces you to pay much more attention to all the little things like situation, coaching staff, long-term QB outlook, which rookies will be productive this year as opposed to beyond that, etc. This is especially true in a paid dynasty league, as I want to win money and thus I need to do the research to put together the best possible team.

That's assuming you do some research, of course. First year of dynasty, I made a ton of mistakes and my draft is pretty embarrassing in retrospect. Wish I could go back and redo it with what I know now. :chuckle:

If you're in a few money leagues, I'd recommend finding a good fantasy podcast with a host that you like and enjoy listening to. There's no host who is going to get everything right, and you'll have to learn to trust your own evaluations of guys and be ready to fuck up from time to time. You're going to make mistakes. You're going to drop a guy who tears it up for someone else. You're going to make trades that come back to bite you sometimes (especially in dynasty). You just need to make sure you succeed more than you fuck up.

I like the fantasy footballers, though don't listen to them regularly. In the offseason I did, and did some research. My drafting improved a bit this year. Any you would recommend or are they ok?

I like RotoUnderworld a lot. Host is a crazy asshole who loves to go on long rants. Makes listening more fun.

Living the Stream is pretty good, averaging around 17ppg in my 9-2 league from my defense based off their suggestions.

I've made the decision. Starting lineup

QB Dalton
WR Hill and Diggs
Rb Ingram and McKinnon
TE Engram
Flex Perine
K Elliot (hoping he's healthy)
Def Steelers

I may change my mind and throw Juju in there somewhere with that juicy matchup. I don't know man. May the fantasy gods have mercy and let me take this fucker out. My playoff hopes depend on it

Cam Newton @ Jets or Alex Smith vs Buffalo?
Leaning with Smith as Buffalo seems to have returned to earth.

Emerging from a hellish three weeks in the RCF League. Injuries and Byes had me starting the likes of Kelvin Benjamin even though he is the worst.

Found Olsen on the waiver wire in two different leagues. You guys might want to check. He could be big in the playoffs.

I offered Kareem Hunt for Zach Ertz in a standard scoring (zero PPR) league where the other owner had Gronk. Declined. This bitch is starting CJ Anderson and Rex Burkhead at RB and is in 9th place. What the fuck?

I am in first and desperately need a TE that isn't hot fucking garbage. Meanwhile, I have Gurley, Hunt, Ajayi, Karma, and Duke and I can't give them away. These people are fucking dumb. It's zero PPR! RBs are incredibly valuable!

Just flipped JuJu and a 3rd for Doug Baldwin in my money dynasty league. I like JuJu a lot, but Doug Baldwin is a top ten WR and has been for several years now. Baldwin is also attached to the best QB in fantasy, and should have at least a couple more years of top-tier fantasy relevance.

I'm not thankful for my poor sit or start decision making. Keenum already has 17 points. My only hope is Red Rocket destroys the Browns. Feels bad man. Happy thanksgiving

I hate Diggs.

Such a feast or famine guy.
