Fighting Aging?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
How do you know what's optimal though? do you have any research to show me?

I just don't believe that a lot of the vitamins that we get with multi-vitamins actually get absorbed. There is too much competition. They also overload the liver.
I think you need to take the vitamins separately like you would get them from whole foods.

What do you suggest in that regard? do you buy them separately and if so, which vitamins? or do you mean getting them through a multi vitamin?

for starters, either one of these, 3x-4x a day, once per meal + bedtime. Much of this is water soluble, so only stays in your system a limited amount of time, and doesn't impact your liver. If you don't constantly take them, they clear your system and offer no protection against the damage caused by free radicals.

Is it good (the think that you linked)? have you tried it, or?

It has mastic, mastic is shown to kill both H. Pylori and candida. I've taken it from time to time to help clean up my gut bacteria. It's from the company I get most of my supplements from.

Recently my mouth has been very very dry. I don't notice it during the time or maybe it happens only at night, but I wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth is dry like the desert...cracked lips, bad smell and aching gums. I used to have slight receding gums on the bottom and were also sensitive, but recently it has gotten worse in the upper front teeth. I'm quite worried actually.

Also, I wake up tons of times at night. It's a huge problem.

Today, I realized that maybe I should stop squeezing lemon on my food. I also had been drinking apple cider vinegar with my water in the morning which also contributed to the problem.

I wonder what else I should do or cut. Teeth and gum issues scare the crap out of me because of my mother.
If you live in a cold region and are using heat to keep you warm, chances are that this heat is drying out the air and causing your problems (Dry mouth, scratchy throat, etc.). It helps to have a humidifier next to your bed.

I shit my pants on New Year’s Day at a party after eating sauerkraut with pork. I tried to wipe my shitty underwear and flush it down the toilet and the toilet didn’t flush.

It got worse from there.

Last time with sauerkraut.

Never flush your underwear when you shit your pants. Rookie mistake. Wrap it up in TP and shove it as far into the garbage as possible. Flushing it gives away the whole game when the plumber finds it and it says "Jigo" in the waistband.

Phrasing was weird. I flushed the TP. Toilet didnt flush.

I just tuned 30. Multivitamins had a huge impact on my overall health.
I used to constantly get canker sores on my lips once a week. I also would get dry, cracked and chapped lips.
At one point, a sore on my lip turned into a huge hole because my teeth kept irritating it and it would never heal.
I had no idea if there was anything I could do..I was so desperate that I started taking a multivitamin once a day.

I literally have not had a single canker sore ever since. That was over a year ago. I also never get dry cracked lips anymore either.
Its really amazing. I didn't change anything else. Just one multivitamin a day.

I've also noticed cuts and scratches on my hands heal twice a fast as they used to.
I think that's the key to all of it, i'm simply healing faster.

Fighting aging..A few months ago I started taking more suppliments.

I now take one B3 Niacinamide which has shown effects of stopping and reversing alzheimer's.
I also take one fish oil capsule which I feel like is good for joint pain and cognitive function.

I started taking one creatine which had a major impact on building muscle.
I could literally feel my muscles being more sore on a daily basis which is good for bulking up.
But I've since switched to one testosterone a day which I feel is a better fit for me.

I sparingly use philosophy anti wrinkle cream and it really does erase fine lines and wrinkles on your face.
I easily look 5-7 years younger than I am. Ive also never smoked, drank or used drugs.

I also recently started running 20 minutes a day on my treadmill on its highest incline.
I've heard that high intensity causes your body to produce natural HGH.

anti-wrinkle at age 30? I'm 55 and don't have wrinkles.

two ways to naturally produce HGH
- exercise to muscle fatigue
- sleep

One way to release more. A few grams of L-Arginine supplements on an empty stomach, either before you workout or before you sleep.

This seemed like the place to post this. The oldest man in the world just died

113-year-old Japanese man, Masazo Nonaka, recognized in April 2018 by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest male, died on Sunday, according to Japanese public service broadcaster NHK.

The oldest ever living man was Jiroemon Kimura, a Japanese man who lived to be 116 years and 54 days old before his death in June 2013.

The man who just died looked like this

The oldest women lived to be 122 years, 164 days and 119 years, 97 days. The first one may not be accurate.

Certainly we can improve upon those maximums and do so in a way that a 113 year old doesn't need a wheelchair and look like they can barely move.

I met a 95 year old here in FL a few years ago and the women was still walking and doing light excercise, and seemed all there mentally. She said she tried to leave the house almost daily. It was pretty inspiring.

Because of this post, I went as started researching L-ARginine. Sounds veeeeery legit. Now I got to figure out which product to buy.

Do you take any yourself, and if so, what is the brand/product.

These two also have choline, which really should be taken with L-Arginine. They are a drink mix, but don't taste very good (at least not to me).

A cheaper route is to just get L-Arginine capsules at Amazon/Walmart/drug store. This looks fine. You should take more than it says, though.

From my limited research, I believe that one should take Arginine WITH Citrulline in order to prolong the effects of NO since NO from Arginine only lasts seconds in the bloodstream.

However, I also BELIEVE I read that you should not combine these with other stuff as it lowers the potency...not sure, maybe I misread.

Having said all that, I will look some more into this before buying any supplements.

What effects have you noticed since you started taking the InnerPower product?

inner power does have citrulline. If you get capsules (use capsules, not tablets, better on your stomach), you can get Citrulline capsules too.

I've taken Arginine on and off for years, either through InnerPower or similar products, or through capsules. I attribute it as one of the reasons
- I almost never get sick, even when everyone else in the house is sick
- I have almost no aches and pains at my age
- My heart stays strong (my resting pulse is around 50)
- My brain stays sharp

As for not combining it with things, the main thing is to not combine it with food. Food causes insulin release, insulin basically blocks growth hormone.
