I'm just wondering that if this a Cavs forum,why is always random threads running around? 6 year old soccer kid, Oscar picks, need I go on. This site should be for fans posting there opinion about the Cavs, not that other stuff.

It's a community of over 5,000 Cavs fans. If we were left to discuss strictly Cavs related issues, suicide/homicide rates would be through the roof. People like to blow off steam and/or discuss other things. Hence why "6 year old soccer kid" (you actually changed my genius title :chuckles is in Off-Topic and not Cavs Talk. If you want to read only posts from people on their opinion of the Cavs, please by all means stick to only Cavs Talk and Cavs GameDay. The mods do a fantastic job of making sure all created threads are placed where they belong. It's for your viewing pleasure, so utilize it.

Thats like asking why do i have a Deadpool avatar on a Cavs site. Answer: Because im tired of having a cav player avatar right now...and because Deadpool is the shit.

I agree actually, some people get thanked on stuff they shouldnt, but I dis agree with split on one thing about the thanking people for article links. If its an important article, ie windhorst stating delonte is going to play, I think it deserves thanks. I say thins, because i come here to not only discuss the cavs, but get my cavs news as I dont live in ne ohio or have the time or desire to comb over the internet. What I also appreciate are such well thought out statistical threads like Camakazee's stats of the night or some the thought out posts by someone like the Wuck. Many of the old time posters such as You, Karma, Me, etc do add alot in the discussion, but I love the direction some of the people take it by making links or taking the time to make a well thought out thread. For all these reason I enjoy are thanking system.

As for me, I like to tell jokes, and sometimes I probably get more thanks than the quality of the post deserves. But, I dont take the time like some of the better posters do on here to really add much value to this sight....and for that I am extremely thankful.

You add quite a lot of value to the site, especially in regards to the numbers aspect which I'll admit for the most part, I don't always understand. You guys bust out math and I cower in the corner sweating feverishly. I have always been the class clown type so that gets reflected in my responses mainly. I also love to read witty comments mixed in with the insightful ones which is why I always tune in to see what guys like PIP, Max, Rchfld, Keys, Jigo (etc.) and you have to say.

I never look at the main game thread. I could do with cavs vs pistons and be fine.

A a game later, no one looks at the main thread to see the pictures.

Yes, I know you don't appreciate the game threads, you have stated that several times in the past but just because you don't read them doesn't mean others treat it the same way. In my opinion they are part of what makes this site so special. You can't please everyone though, that's for sure.

I would love for all the graphic guys to join in on the game threads next season. There's plenty of guys on here better with Photoshop then I am so it wouldn't surprise me to get blown out of the water. There's already several good designers doing threads and guys like Keys just make them hilarious. Just so you know, the game threads are assigned in advance, so if someone can't do one maybe you can fill in if you want.

These have been my bread and butter for over three years. Every once in a while I'll mix in a picture of myself looking like a mongoloid though...

In all fairness, as long as your one liners don't revolve around crapping on your girlfriend's chest, or some sort of gay sex act, you won't end up as another Jigo at the least.

If you ever want one of mines just to give one a shot i don't mind. I did probably about 10 this season with mines and some that i filled in for others. They are fun to do but they do get tiring at times, especially when you don't keep up with the schedule and they sneak up on you lol. But i don't really mind, i'm pretty sure if i have the time next season i will sign up to do them again.

Next time you're high and find yourself becoming bored with the marvels of just how much honeybees contribute to Earth's growingly more fragile ecosystem or contemplating the likelihood of there being another xsabre living in a parallel universe and wondering how he too was able to bang a Playboy model...

It's amazing how the quality of my posts have degenerated into what they are today. :wiggle:
